• Open to Work — Employees can now signal availability on days they're free. Teammates can propose a shift swap, and the request is handled end-to-end within the app — no more group texts or manual coordination. • Closer flag — Managers can designate any shift as a closing shift. Employees see a Closer badge on their shift card, in the weekly list, and on the Working With You coworker sheet. • Coworker visibility on off days — The "Working with you" section now appears even on days you don't have a shift, so you always know who's on the floor. • Cross-role schedule visibility — Employees who work multiple roles now see their full week at a glance, with shifts from other roles shown as subtle indicators across sections. • Bug fixes and performance improvements.
