Roster & Athlete Management — Import rosters directly from Hy-Tek Team Manager via ZIP, iCloud Drive, OneDrive, or Google Drive. Store athlete profiles, class years, graduation years, USSID numbers, and event best times.
Meet Entry — Import meet ZIP files from any cloud location or local storage. Enter individual and relay entries, assign heat and lane assignments, and export entries back to Team Manager format.

• LSC picker: every team now has a real LSC, chosen from the full USA Swimming list. Exports write your team's LSC (no more "NE" on every team), imports bring the file's LSC in, and it syncs with Swim Data Toolkit over iCloud.
• Relays in results exports: the .hy3 results file now includes every relay, with its swimmers and splits, laid out the way meet software expects.
• Diving records keep their board: 1 m, 3 m and platform records stay separate, and the higher score breaks the record.
• Swim-offs are filed as a swim-off on the event the tie was in, never as an extra event, and they never score.
• New launch screen with a loading bar, matching the app's look on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
• New Swim Meet & Swim Data Toolkit page in the menu: see how the three apps work together and change swimming and diving entries on the go.
IMPROVED
• Splits: a missed touchpad split is simply left out. Later splits stay at their own distance, the last split always matches the official final time, and a swim with only a final time shows just the final time.
• Seed times: one course-conversion rule (yards, short-course meters, long-course meters) shared with Swim Meet Toolkit and Swim Data Toolkit, so every app converts a seed time the same way. Imported entries in another course are converted for you.
• Results files from meet software now import correctly in many more cases:
– Diving comes in as diving, with scores and the right board.
– DQs keep their time and DQ code; false starts, DNFs and scratches read correctly.
– Prelim places, tie half points and all splits on long events (a 1650 keeps all 33).
– Relays keep their splits and every leg, even when a leg isn't named.
– Time trials no longer overwrite a swimmer's final.
• Records and time standards files read correctly, including diving records (shown as scores) and team codes.
• Exports line up with the standard file layouts: places, points, course letters, dates and splits are written where other apps look for them.
• Meet files built in the app open in Swim Meet Toolkit with diving boards, records and bonus entry rules intact.
• iCloud Sync with Swim Data Toolkit carries more: LSC, diving boards and swim-offs.
• Backups and accented names in imported files are handled more reliably.
FIXED
• Mac: files opened from Finder are read in place and never moved or deleted.
• A relay with a missing leg no longer loses its anchor or its splits on import.
• Swimmer numbers in exports no longer restart for each team, so relay legs can't point at another team's swimmer.
• Many smaller import and export fixes found by testing against real meet files.
Privacy policy updated (October 23, 2026): the built-in Swim Meet & Swim Data Toolkit page loads nothing from the internet.
