AZ-QUEUE Kiosk turns any iPad into a professional self-service check-in station for your business.
Clients walk in, tap to check in, and select the service they need. Staff see the queue in real time on the dashboard and get notified when clients arrive. Clients get SMS updates so they can step out and come back when it's their turn.
Built for tax offices, immigration consultants, legal services, and any walk-in business that needs organized queuing.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Place an iPad at your front desk or lobby
2. Clients tap to select their language and service type
3. They enter their first and last name
4. They enter their phone number and opt in to SMS notifications
5. They receive a queue number and estimated wait time
6. Staff manage the queue from the AZ-QUEUE dashboard
7. Clients get an SMS when it's their turn
