Write. Shape. Share. Turn Markdown into polished documents with HTML editing, styled exports, equations, diagrams, music scores and smarter writing tools. Write Markdown your way, then share a document that looks the part. On Your Marked is a native Mac app for notes, project briefs, reports, README files and longer documents, with visual editing, live previews and styled HTML and PDF export. FOUR WAYS TO WORK Read the rendered document in Preview, write Markdown in the Raw Editor, format visually in the Rich Editor, or edit generated HTML in the HTML view. Split view puts Markdown and its preview side by side. Open documents in tabs and browse files in a folder sidebar. BRING CONTENT INTO MARKDOWN Paste supported formatted content from other apps as Markdown, or choose plain text. Import HTML files as new Markdown documents and apply HTML edits explicitly. Common headings, paragraphs, emphasis, links, lists, code, quotations, images and supported tables can be converted; complex webpage layouts and styling do not carry over. START WITH A TEMPLATE Choose Meeting Notes, Project Brief, Proposal, Report or README. Fill the fields, review the preview and create a new document. Save personal templates with fields for the details you reuse. WORK WITH TABLES Import CSV or TSV, check the preview and insert a Markdown table. Copy Markdown tables back as CSV or TSV, with formula protection enabled by default for spreadsheet apps. KEEP LONGER DOCUMENTS MANAGEABLE Find the tools you need above the editor: Search Folder, Reorder Outline, Manage Images and History. Search across Markdown files in a folder, including unsaved edits in open documents. Move same-level headings with their body text and subsections. Compare local revisions and restore a complete document or a section. ADD EQUATIONS, DIAGRAMS AND MUSIC Write LaTeX equations, Mermaid flowcharts, class and sequence diagrams, and ABC music scores in Markdown. See the results in Preview and Split view, and include them in HTML and PDF exports. Editable examples help you get started. Music notation displays scores; playback is not included. MANAGE AND MOVE IMAGES Add local images to a saved document, keep them in a relative asset folder and optionally optimize new copies. Move images in the Rich Editor by dragging or using the context menu, with Undo support. SHARE A FINISHED DOCUMENT Preview Classic, Report, Editorial or Compact styles before exporting HTML or PDF. Keep your Markdown source independent of its presentation. Export portable HTML to embed eligible images from the document folder in a single file. Styled HTML exports include the assets needed to display equations, diagrams and scores offline. Requires macOS 26 or later.

Version 1.5 brings more ways to shape, reuse and share your Markdown documents. • Styled exports: preview HTML and PDF in Classic, Report, Editorial or Compact styles before sharing. • HTML editing: edit generated HTML, import HTML files, and apply supported content back to Markdown when you're ready. • Equations, diagrams and scores: render LaTeX equations, Mermaid flowcharts and UML-style diagrams, and ABC music notation in Preview and Split view, with support in HTML and PDF exports. • Smart paste: turn supported formatted clipboard content into Markdown, or choose plain text. Tab-separated text can become a table. • Templates: start with Meeting Notes, Project Brief, Proposal, Report or README, and save your own templates with reusable fields. • Spreadsheet tables: import CSV or TSV and copy Markdown tables back to spreadsheet apps, with formula protection on by default. • Document history: compare local revisions and restore a document or a section. • Folder search and outline tools: find text across Markdown files, including open unsaved edits, and move headings with their sections. • Images that travel: manage local document images, move images in the Rich Editor with Undo, and export portable HTML with eligible local images embedded. This update also improves HTML conversion and outline performance, preserves LaTeX during Rich Editor edits, fixes undo formatting after external file changes, and keeps headings at the correct level when reordering sections.
