• Managed vs Owned Properties — DomusIQ now supports two property types. Owned properties track mortgage, HOA, estimated value, and cash flow exactly as before. Managed properties track owner information, management fees, tenant placement fees, lease fees, and management revenue separately from your own portfolio. • Property Type Selection — When adding a property, choose Owned or Managed before the form opens. Each type opens its own form with only the fields that apply. No mortgage fields on a property you manage for someone else. • Managed Property Form — Add managed properties with a dedicated form that captures owner name, phone, email, and mailing address.
