New: nutrition estimates per dough ball (Pro), choose which flours go into your preferment, more recipe detail and smarter timers in the Batch Tracker, and a Reset Inputs option. Plus fixes for out-of-range inputs, the same-day schedule, and pop-ups with the keyboard open.

New in 1.3.0: - Flour blends with a biga, poolish, or levain: choose an even split or your strongest flour first (Advanced mode). - Batch Tracker: when you finish a step, set when it actually ended and the whole schedule catches up. - Schedule Helper now remembers your usual bake time. Fixed: saved recipes keep multi-flour blends, Celsius oven temp and bake times behave correctly, recipe wording is clearer, and Batch Tracker step timers are more accurate.

New in 1.2.0 - Old Dough: fold leftover dough from a past batch into your mix, or set some aside for next time, and the recipe adjusts the flour, water, and yeast for you. - Detroit and Sicilian recipes now recommend more dough so it fills the pan, and the steps proof in the pan with the oven preheat timed to match. - Cold-fermented biga now uses calibrated, smaller amount of yeast, so long biga doughs are less likely to over-proof at cold temps.

- Batch Tracker timers now restore correctly when you reopen the app. Long timers no longer look like they finished prematurely. - Press and hold the +/- buttons on a Batch Tracker timer to fast-forward the duration instead of tapping repeatedly. - Saved recipe names with longer titles now wrap onto a second line instead of being cut off. - Calculator alerts now display percent signs correctly.

- Schedule Helper now uses your Warm Up Before Baking setting when planning the schedule. - Fix: (Pro) Batch Tracker preserves manually expanded steps after completion. - Various fixes: warm-up row visibility on mode switch and after applying shared config, percentage stepper inputs show "%", system-standard haptics across mobile UI.

- Allowed temperature bounds expanded - Fix: issues toggling between C/F on temp inputs

New: "Warm-up before baking" input in Advanced mode for cold-ferment recipes.
