• Documents that file themselves: in the assistant chat tap “+” and scan, snap or pick a file. KidBox works out what it is: the bill becomes a Home due date, the report a visit with the doctor's words, lab results a test with the values, the prescription a treatment, with the file attached. You can correct everything before saving. • Duty pharmacies (Pro and Max): in Health and on Home, the on-duty pharmacy near you, read from your town's official source, with call and directions in one tap. • Weather on Home: turn on the widget to see the temperature, the next hours and the day's high and low where you are, with forecasts from Apple Weather. A tap opens the Weather app. • Settings → Widgets: choose what to show on Home, Weather and Dashboard. Until you turn one on, an animated tip on Home reminds you; you can switch it off with "Don't show again". • Home payments (Pro and Max): if a due date is close and nobody has the to-do, KidBox asks "Who's taking care of it?" and from the notification you reply "I'll do it" or "Ask the others". • Trips: the trip detail, with hotels, flights, restaurants and activities, is now translated into all four languages, and so is the children's age.

• Proactive alerts (Pro and Max): KidBox lets you know when a to-do is about to fall due and nobody has taken it, or when today's dose hasn't been recorded. Reply from the notification, without opening the app: "I'll do it", "Ask the others", "Taken" or "Remind me in an hour". • Ask the others: from the alert you send a request to everyone who can see the to-do, and the first to reply "I'll do it" takes it. • Let KidBox handle it: turn on "Ask the others for me" and, if nobody has taken a to-do you created 12 hours before it's due, KidBox sends the request itself and lets you know. You can withdraw it anytime. • Choose how they arrive in Settings → AI Assistant → Proactive alerts: "Right away", "Evening summary at 7 pm" or "Off", with quiet hours and the alert types you want. Alerts don't use AI messages. • AI health patterns: you can now choose whether the analysis runs every week or every month.

• Search KidBox: the magnifier at the top of Home searches the whole app right on your phone, with no AI and no cost, and opens what it finds. Expenses, documents (including the text read from them), notes, calendar, to-dos, health, wallet, home, vehicles, pets, trips and the shopping list. • Search inside sections: you can now search to-dos, calendar, expenses and documents without leaving the screen. In expenses and documents the search covers your whole history. • The assistant takes you straight to the item: when it mentions an expense, a document, a note, an event or a visit, one tap opens it. • Fitness Plan: add your running shoes, with brand, photo, kilometres already run and kilometres left. Runs come from Apple Health from the purchase date, and you can see the trend: runs, pace and time. • Ask…: after sending, a notice reminds you that the to-do appears when someone replies "I'll do it" and that you can see its status on Home. • When a treatment ends, the dose notifications are cancelled too, even if it was closed from another device.

• AI messages: on top of the daily limit there is now a monthly cap per family, 100 messages with Pro and 200 with Max. In "AI Assistant" in Settings you can see how many you've used this month. • The message counter is back in the assistant chat, for example "3/30 today", with the month shown as you get close to the cap. • When this month's messages run out, the assistant and News tell you clearly and remind you that they renew on the 1st of the month. • A more efficient assistant when you ask several questions in a row, even in families with lots of documents and medical reports.

• New bar at the bottom: Home, News and, in the middle, the AI assistant. It shrinks as you scroll so you can keep reading. • News for your family (Pro and Max): every day, benefits, school, health and money, from your country down to your town, each with its source. Events within 60 km go into the calendar with one tap and, whenever you like, you get tailored offers based on your bills and shopping list. One family member turns it on and everyone sees it. • Bookmark the news you care about, even while reading the article, and find it again in "Saved news". • One assistant with the memory of the whole app: from Health it opens already focused on the person, visit or exam you're looking at. • Payment cards arrive in the Wallet: number, expiry date, IBAN and PIN are encrypted and shown only after Face ID or passcode.

• New family requests: in to-dos tap "Ask someone…" and the first person to answer "I'll do it" takes it on, and the to-do is theirs. You can ask people who don't have the app too, with a link: their name shows up in the list. • While you ask, you can see the family's plans around that time, so you know straight away who's free. • The assistant understands "someone needs to pick up Marco on Thursday" and asks the family for you. • In the assistant chat, the text box grows as you type. • On the page for inviting a family member, the buttons to continue are always in view.

• Location sharing now keeps going when you leave the map, lock your phone or the app restarts, and uses less battery when you're not moving. • Next to each family member you can see how recent their location is ("just now", "12 minutes ago"): if it hasn't updated for more than half an hour, their photo fades. • Zones with arrival alerts now notify you every time someone arrives, not just the first time. • A cleaner map: no bar at the top, the card at the bottom slides down when you drag it, and the family member buttons on the map show their photo.

• Pro included for 14 days, no card and no renewal: you now start it yourself with "Try Pro for 14 days", in Storage usage or Plans. Afterwards you go back to Free and your data stays. • Used up your free AI messages, or want a meal, fitness or travel plan? The 14 days of Pro are offered right there. • Didn't create the family yourself? With "Ask to start it", whoever created it gets a notification.

• Yearly plans: Pro and Max can now be paid once a year, saving a third compared with monthly. Choose monthly or yearly in Plans or in Storage usage. • Fitness Plan: at the end of the month you see how it went, and "Prepare next month" builds the new plan starting from your results. • A notification lets you know when your fitness plan is finished. • Weekly reports for the new month no longer show up as already read.

• Calendar: next to your family's events you can see the ones from Google Calendar, iCloud and Outlook already on your iPhone. They stay yours: the family only sees the ones you copy to KidBox. • "Connect an account" guides you through adding Google or Outlook to your iPhone. • Subscribed calendars: paste the link to your school's, team's or holiday calendar and the whole family sees it, always up to date. • Repeating events show up on every occurrence, and the reminder goes off for the next one, not just the first. Repeat options are now "Every day", "Every week", "Every month" and "Every year". • Chat: tap a photo or video to open it full screen and swipe through all the chat's media, with thumbnails underneath. • Deleting a photo from a group "for me" no longer removes it for the other members.

• Chat: photos and videos taken with the camera are sent as soon as you tap "Use", with no more black screen. • While sending, the bubble shows a progress ring: tap it to stop the upload. • Photos and videos appear in their own shape, portrait or landscape, just as you shot them. • Sending carries on even if you leave the app: long videos finish in the background and you can follow the progress in a notification. • Sharper videos: 720p in chat, 1080p in the Photos & Videos album. • Tapping a zone alert from another family switches KidBox to that family and opens the map.

• Treatments: long-term therapies now have their own section and no longer hide the ones you're following right now. • Connected devices: each phone appears only once. Reinstalling the app used to show the same device two or three times with different dates; now disconnecting it really removes it. • Settings reorganised into sections, so what you need is easier to find.

• Calendar and to-dos together at last: from "+" you choose Event or Reminder, and every to-do with a date shows up in the calendar while staying in its list. One thing to update, not two. • Urgent reminders: the ones you mark as urgent ring even on silent or in Focus, like an alarm. • Calendar events: you can now be alerted in advance, with the notice you choose. • Invites: if you tapped an invite link before installing KidBox, the app offers it to you on opening and takes you into the right family, with no need to go back to the message. • Health: search in treatments, tests and vaccinations, with lists sorted newest first. • Profile: if you sign in with email and password, you can now change it from inside the app.

• Reminders: if notifications are turned off, KidBox tells you right away and takes you to Settings instead of staying silent. This applies to appointments, tests, vaccinations, treatments, tickets and documents. • Long-term treatments: the day timeline is smoother even after hundreds of days, with today centred and the full history a scroll away. • Passwords: the weekly security check no longer marks every password as "modified" on your family's other devices; the list stays in the order you chose.

• Getting started is faster: after signing up, all you need is your name and your family's name, then the invite for your partner. The intro screens are gone. • Invite links now last 7 days instead of 24 hours: opening one the next day still works. • "Sign out" is available during initial setup too, to switch account. • If you already have a family on another device, you go straight in without setting up again.

• As soon as you add your first item (a document, an expense, an appointment…), KidBox reminds you that only you can see it for now and suggests inviting the other parent: whoever joins via the link sees everything in real time. • Health Record AI: on the Free plan the message counter now correctly shows your free bonus, with no more mention of daily limits. • Health Record AI: all messages are now fully translated into English, Spanish and French. • On-device issue analysis is more reliable, with fewer false alarms. • Bug fixes and stability improvements.

• Fitness Plan: Fitness Copilot now runs on a more advanced AI model and applies the changes you ask for to your plan more reliably. Before you send a message, you can see how many AI messages it will use. • Fitness Plan: session icons now always match the activity, and logged workouts show the activity you actually did. • To-Do: fixed an issue where opening a to-do from the "All" list showed empty details. • To-Do: to-dos visible to "Only me" are now automatically assigned to you. • New KidBox wordmark on the Home screen. • "Rate KidBox" is now in Settings: if you enjoy the app, a review helps us a lot. • Bug fixes and stability improvements.

What's new • Email sign-in: if your address isn't verified yet, the app now says so clearly and resends the verification link right away, instead of silently refusing to let you in. • Leaving a family: if you leave or are removed from a family, the app notices and stops asking the server for that data. The AI assistant and storage now show "You no longer have access to this family" instead of a generic network error. • More reliable sync and a lighter start-up: fixed several real-time listeners across calendar, chat, documents, expenses, health, location, passwords and photos. • Completed translations in English, Spanish and French (Alexa, Wallet tickets, alerts).

Bug fixes and performance improvements. • Some lists could come back empty after returning from a detail screen — fixed. • Pets, vehicles, home and expenses now stay up to date in real time across all your devices. • Fixes to to-do reminders, joining a family from an invite link, and a few missing translations.

• Wallet: ticket barcodes now scan properly. Added EAN-13 and ITF-14, which previously showed only as a number; Code 128 is drawn wider and clearer; train and flight tickets with special characters now regenerate exactly the original code. • Chat: voice messages now play correctly across iPhone, Android and the web app. • AI assistant: headings in answers are formatted instead of showing raw text symbols. • Translations: dozens of labels that stayed in Italian now follow the app language — pets, passwords, vehicles, home items, visits and tests.

Fitness Plan: now it counts what you actually did • The workout recorded by your Apple Watch takes centre stage, with real minutes, calories and average heart rate. The planned session stays as a reference. • A workout no longer closes a session from a different discipline: if you ran instead of cycling, you can see it. • Unplanned workouts go into a log, and one tap assigns them to a session. • You can correct status, activity, duration and calories by hand. • The weekly summary flags sessions completed with a different activity. Fitness Plan chat • Your conversation is no longer lost when you leave the app. • The assistant edits the plan as you talk: it replaces, moves, adds or marks a session. Deleting one asks for confirmation. Documents • New: build a single PDF from several photos, straight from a folder. Travel • Fixed the itinerary that split stops apart, putting times and costs in the wrong place. Settings • Document notifications now have their own switch, separate from Wallet.

What's new in this version • AI Fitness Plan (Pro and Max) — your personal trainer arrives in the Health section. The assistant builds a four-week training plan from the age, weight, height, medical reports, conditions and treatments already in Health, and adapts intensity and exercises to the contraindications it finds. • Choose your goal, preferred sports, days and times: the monthly calendar shows every session with exercises and measurable goals. • Reminders with Done and Move buttons right in the notification. An update focused on speed and the Meal Plan. • Pull to refresh In every section — Tasks, Expenses, Grocery, Health, Notes, Passwords, Wallet, Photos, Travel, Vehicles, Pets, Documents and Calendar — just pull down to reload your data from the cloud right away and push out any changes still queued offline. • A better Meal Plan If the Health app doesn't have your weight, height or age, you can now enter them by hand. The plan is split into cards you swipe through (calories, macros, meals, hydration, shopping list, 90-day plan, health notes), always reaches the end without cutting off, and is quicker to read. You can also delete a plan and generate a new one whenever you like. • Edit your shopping trips From the Grocery section you can now correct the store, total and items of a trip you've already saved. The total stays in sync with the Expenses section. • Fixes Fixed an issue where notes, passwords and Wallet data could stay unreadable when the family key was recovered after the app had started — they now reload on their own.
