What's new - Pick your sport when you create an exercise. Exercises now belong to a sport: lifting, climbing, swimming, rowing, and more, and each one tracks the metrics that actually matter for it instead of a one-size-fits-all set of weight and reps. - Climbing gets real grade tracking. Log the grade you sent, and see your hardest-grade personal bests and grade progression over time in your stats. - Swimming and rowing now speak in meters. Distances are logged in meters or yards the way you'd actually say them: a 100 m swim is a 100 m swim, not 0.1 km. Set your pool length once and log laps; we'll turn them into distance for you. Pace shows per 100 m for swimming and per 500 m for rowing. - The AI coach understands each sport. It knows what a "set" means whether you're lifting, climbing, or swimming, prescribes sensible distances and grades, and no longer builds plans that put a swim day against an unrelated exercise. It can also suggest a starting grade for climbing sessions, which prefills when you start the workout. - Search your history. Find past workouts and templates by name instead of scrolling. Fixes and improvements - Sport-specific metrics now sync correctly across your devices - previously some of them could be lost between the app and the cloud. - Finishing an empty workout no longer gets stuck. - Duplicate template names now tell you clearly instead of failing silently. - Smoother, more consistent pickers and sheets throughout the workout logger, with larger, easier-to-hit tap targets. - Behind the scenes: groundwork so sets logged from outside the app (like the lock screen) sync reliably and don't get overwritten.
