Follow a two-minute breathing guide, wait five minutes before deciding what to do, or read your personal reason for quitting. Record the strength of the craving and whether it became less intense.
YOUR DAILY JOURNAL
Write a short daily note about how you feel. See the time since your quit date and estimated savings based on your usual spending. A difficult day does not erase your earlier entries.

Home screen shortcuts open the support tools or your daily journal. A progress widget and optional daily reminders keep your plan nearby.
Unvay Plus unlocks your complete journal and craving history, plus summaries of the triggers and tools in your own records. Monthly and annual subscriptions are offered where supported by your store. Prices, eligible offers and renewal terms appear before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your store account settings.
Your plan and journal are stored on your device. No account is required. Unvay provides habit support, not medical care, and does not guarantee that you will quit.
