Cornerstone: Prayer Times
Athan live on your Lock Screen
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Your next prayer stays live on the Lock Screen, counting down until the window closes. Prayer times, Qibla, the full Quran and daily athkar — no ads, no accounts.
Cornerstone brings the essentials of your day into one calm, beautiful app: accurate prayer times, a precise Qibla compass, the full Quran, and daily athkar — with a Live Activity that keeps your current prayer on the Lock Screen.
LIVE ACTIVITY
- Your current prayer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with a live countdown until the window closes
- Check it off with one tap, or snooze it — without opening the app
- Turns urgent when time is running out
PRAYER TIMES
- Accurate athan times for your exact location, with calculation methods matched to your country
- A glanceable daily arc shows where you are in the day
- Track each salah as you complete it and build a streak you can see
QIBLA
- A calm, precise compass that always points to Mecca
- Simple guidance to turn in the right direction
QURAN
- Read the print-accurate mushaf page by page in elegant Arabic script, or ayah by ayah with clear translations
- Listen to recitations, bookmark the ayahs you return to, and pick up where you left off
- Find any surah or ayah straight from Spotlight
ATHKAR
- Authentic athkar for every moment, from waking up to going to sleep
- Gentle counters help you build a daily habit
WIDGETS & SHORTCUTS
- Home Screen widgets keep prayer times and your last-read ayah a glance away
- Ask Siri for the next prayer, or to open the Quran where you stopped
Cornerstone is designed to be quiet, warm, and distraction-free — a companion for worship, not another noisy app.
No ads, no accounts. Nothing between you and your worship.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
- Athkar now opens on the three sets people actually keep — morning, evening and night — read one dhikr at a time, with your week and your streak in view
- The evening athkar carry the evening wording, and the transliteration shows the verses themselves instead of telling you to go and find them
- Larger, clearer translations in both athkar readers, with the Arabic properly right-aligned
- Links to a surah or ayah now open Cornerstone from anywhere — a Shortcut, a note, or another app
