Version 2.1 brings much of Aurora on the web to your iPhone: reply in any situation, never miss a customer, and find anything fast. REPLY IN ANY SITUATION • WhatsApp 24-hour window: the chat shows whether the window is open, about to close (with a countdown) or closed. Once it's closed, send an approved template or add a note. • Templates from your phone: choose an approved template, fill in its variables with a live preview, add the header image, video or document, and send it now or schedule it. • New WhatsApp conversations open straight on the templates, since the first message must be an approved template. • A better message box: messages appear instantly and offer Retry if they fail. Send several files at once, photos and videos from the camera, and scheduled messages with a file. • Aurora AI: "Help me answer" and "Improve my message". • @mention teammates in internal notes, forward messages, and see when a teammate is typing. • Voice notes recorded in the app arrive in WhatsApp as real voice notes. • Richer conversations: call cards with recording and transcript, why a message failed, reply quotes, links, what the AI agent did, and long-press actions to copy, reply, forward, edit or delete (when WhatsApp allows it). NEVER MISS A CUSTOMER • Your phone follows your Aurora notification settings, event by event, and you can change them in the app's Settings. • New alert, "Unassigned conversations in my teams": know when a customer writes and nobody is handling the conversation. On by default for team admins. • Event reminders 15 minutes before an event on your calendar. • Tapping a notification opens the right conversation or screen, whether the app was closed or open. • While the app is open, new activity shows as a banner, and the app icon shows your unread count. • Inbox: Mine / Unassigned / All, channel and tag filters, a "New" badge, long-press actions (read or unread, answered, pin), mark all as read, pull to refresh, and unassigned counts per team. • Search messages across all your conversations or inside one, and jump straight to the result. • Notifications: a Bookings filter, and bookings without a conversation open in the calendar. EASIER SIGN-IN, MORE RELIABLE APP • Sign in on Aurora's page in your browser: it works with two-step verification and Google or Microsoft accounts. Email and password still work. • The app follows your account's language, and notifications arrive in your language. • Clear messages when something fails, with Retry instead of blank screens. • You stay signed in through network hiccups, and the app opens on your inbox even offline. • Security and stability improvements.
