Weeknor now saves the travel time per appointment

FIX: Corrected date changes for recurring events.

File attachments can now also be managed directly when editing or creating an appointment.

Autocomplete based on previous appointments.

There's now a visual indicator when events fall outside the visible range. Completing to-dos in the week view has also been improved.

The inviter/organizer is now displayed for events.

FIX: Event search now also searches backward within the current year.

Event titles that begin outside the visible area are now shifted into the visible display area.

NEW • Formatted event notes: HTML-formatted descriptions, such as those from Outlook or Microsoft 365, are now displayed as readable, formatted text instead of raw HTML code. IMPROVED • Faster and more stable map previews: Event locations are loaded as cached map previews, making events open more quickly and repeated access even faster. • Travel time for events: Travel time can now be conveniently configured in hours and minutes when creating or editing an event and is displayed within the event. • New year view: A continuously scrollable two-column monthly overview for the years 1900–2100 replaces the previous single-year view. The header remains visible while scrolling, and you can jump directly to any year by tapping the year. • Month and year navigation: The current month is automatically centered when opening the view, and the Today button now jumps directly to the current month in the year view. FIXED • Fixed a crash when opening events with a location. • More reliable event selection in the week view: When events overlap, tapping always opens the event you actually tapped. Quickly tapping again or switching between events no longer displays mixed titles or details from different events. Linknor-Integration: NEW • Shared calendar configuration with Linknor: Hidden calendars and reminder lists are now synchronized across devices, and changes made on other devices are applied automatically. • Reliable participant synchronization with Linknor: Participants and RSVP statuses are synchronized between Weeknor and Linknor using shared cloud storage. Changes are updated primarily via push notifications, while an efficient background sync ensures everything stays up to date. IMPROVED • More robust Linknor integration: Linked encounters are identified using stable identifiers and opened directly in Linknor. Existing links remain intact even when events are modified. • Consistent participant and organization display: Individually added participants and organization members are clearly grouped. Changes to organizations in Linknor, including the removal of the last organization, are fully synchronized. • More reliable data synchronization: Participant data is protected against synchronization conflicts, long calendar identifiers, and outdated local data. Removed participants remain removed and are not accidentally restored during synchronization. FIXED • Cleaned up obsolete Linknor links: Invalid markers, restore actions, and misleading status indicators are no longer shown for unrelated events. • Correct participant count after organization changes: Removed organization members no longer remain in participant counts or incorrectly appear as direct participants in edit mode. • Prevented synchronization-related data loss: Local and cloud data are now merged, ensuring that incomplete device states cannot overwrite existing participant information.

FIX: When creating events, only calendars containing events were shown. The calendar selection configured in Settings is now respected here as well. NEW: Added a callback channel for file processing with Linknor.

FIX: Improvements to the management of attached files.

NEW: Ability to specify a room within an event, including synchronization with the Apple Calendar event. NEW: File attachments for events. NEW: Enhanced Linknor integration.

NEW: Introduction of Weeknor widgets. The following widgets are available: Next Event (Small), Today Compact (Medium), Today Overview (Medium), Week at a Glance (Large).

Set Linknor attendance directly from within Weeknor.

* Reminders with a due date are now displayed in the calendar and can be marked as completed with a simple tap. * General stability improvements and bug fixes.

A few minor improvements. NEW: If you use Linknor, you can now select Linknor contacts directly within Weeknor and automatically record encounters in Linknor.

NEW: Banner notice for recurring events – A purple notice banner with a repeat icon now appears at the top of the edit sheet: “This is a recurring event. When saving, you’ll be asked which events should be changed.” This lets users know in advance that the prompt is coming. NEW: Calendar selection grouped by accounts – When creating or editing an event, the calendar menu is now divided into sections by account (e.g. iCloud, Google, Local), similar to the filter view. This makes it easy to distinguish between multiple calendars with the same name. FIX: Bubble no longer stays on the previous day – If the app remained open overnight (day change in the background), returning to the foreground now automatically recalculates the current day via scenePhase, and the blue Today bubble moves to the correct current day.

Rescheduling of events and recurring events optimized.

The month view now reliably jumps to “today.”
