Steps from rings that report a daily total now show correctly instead of zero. Sleep, activity and measurement screens no longer show a message that disagrees with the data on screen. Restoring a purchase after a reinstall now keeps your subscription on your own account.

More rings, more readings: Manridy R-series rings now record blood oxygen, blood pressure, HRV and sleep; SR16 and other V-ring models save heart rate, blood oxygen and HRV; QRing adds find my ring. Workouts now record their own distance and calories, not the whole day's. If your phone blocks Ringlo's alerts, the app now tells you. You can delete your account from the subscription screen.

Last Night now always shows the night you just slept. Before, a longer night from the day before could take its place in the morning, along with any changes you had made to it. Changes you make to a night, such as time marked as awake or a corrected bedtime, now stay on the night you made them for. The app also reports more problems automatically, so we can find and fix them sooner.

More reliable sleep sync: Ringlo waits for the ring before asking for your sleep, asks again if the ring was busy, and keeps a night that arrives in pieces. Time you mark as awake now stays saved. Your profile photo shows on every screen and opens your profile. The top bar and the sleep summary no longer crowd together on narrow screens or in longer languages.

Groundwork for temperature on more ring models. Ringlo now asks Colmi and other QRing family rings which sensors they actually have, so features like skin temperature can be turned on for the rings that support them. Nothing changes on screen in this update, and no temperature is shown yet. It will be shown once a reading has been checked against a real thermometer.

Your sleep now arrives first. The app used to fetch step history before asking the ring for sleep, so on a short visit the night often had not arrived yet and you had to pull down to refresh. Sleep is now the first thing requested after connecting.

The heart rate, HRV, sleep, blood oxygen, activity and readiness screens now explain themselves in your language instead of English. A battery reading the ring cannot have is no longer shown, and no longer sets off a low-battery alert. Your sleep total and your readiness score now agree about which night counts as last night.

Steps: if your ring's live count is not running, Ringlo now reads the hourly totals the ring already saved, so a day no longer shows empty. Sleep: a night the ring does not hand over at first is asked for again, and your sleep total now matches the night it summarises. Rings that measure skin temperature show Temperature in the You tab. Manage Subscription opens your store subscription settings.

You can now mark time awake inside a night. If you were up at 2am and your ring did not catch it, open that night and tap Mark time awake. Your sleep total, score, stages and trends all recount from it. Your ring's own readings are kept exactly as they are, and Remove puts the night back. Also in this update: • A heart rate or HRV measurement that finds nothing now says why — nothing arrived, or too few readings — instead of quietly showing an older number. • The HRV headline says what it is: an overnight average. A daytime measurement is saved, but does not change it. In Quiet mode no HRV is recorded overnight, and the screen now says so. • Blood pressure is not sent to Apple Health, and the app no longer says that it is. • Blood pressure calibration is more honest: a reference that no cuff reading backs no longer claims one, an enabled Calibrate button stops looking greyed out, and a shift caused by the profile we send your ring no longer reads as a change in your health. • "Last charged" no longer names a moment nobody observed. • An impossible step day no longer reaches your history or your charts. Above 100,000 steps in a day is a decoding error rather than a walk. Nothing already stored is deleted. • Times, counts and units now read in your language everywhere. A few places still mixed English into an otherwise translated sentence.

Blood pressure is much more careful in this update. Readings your ring could not actually have produced are no longer shown or saved. If your ring has not produced a usable reading, the app says so plainly instead of printing a number. If your ring has drifted and is reporting numbers that are not a blood pressure, "Restore my ring" sets it back to the level your own ring reported before — one tap, no cuff and no numbers to enter. The Today tab no longer goes blank by itself. When there is nothing from today or the last 24 hours, it shows your most recent day of readings and tells you which day it is showing. Several messages have been corrected. The app no longer tells you to check that your ring is on your finger when it received your readings and declined them, and it no longer describes a restored ring as one you calibrated with a cuff.

Blood pressure • "Remove calibration" now really removes it. The app asks your ring to stop adjusting your readings and confirms only once the ring agrees. If it can't, it tells you plainly instead of saying it worked. • Fixed a crash that could close the Blood Pressure screen after you removed a calibration. • Recalibrate is back for every account. You no longer have to delete a saved cuff reading before entering a new one. • A cuff calibration is now remembered per ring, so pairing a different ring no longer shows it as already calibrated. • Blood pressure is presented as a ring estimate rather than a measurement, because that is what an optical sensor can honestly give you. It is not a diagnosis. • The 28-day reminder to re-centre against your cuff is now opt-in, under Settings. Everywhere else • The header fits properly on small screens and at the largest text sizes. • Your profile photo is round, and the Ringlo logo now scales to fit instead of being cut off. • Reliability fixes to ring connection and teardown, so a ring that is busy elsewhere no longer leaves the app in a bad state.

Blood pressure: the app no longer applies its own correction on top of a reading, and past calibration pairs you removed stay removed. The calibration card now says when your cuff reading was saved but the ring was not updated, and says so if your ring cannot store a cuff reference at all.

Your ring reconnects on its own. • When the connection to your ring drops, Ringlo now reconnects to it by itself more reliably, so you should not need to pair it again.

Your ring's battery on Today, steadier steps, and battery alerts you can trust. • Today shows your ring's battery in words, and says when there is no reading yet. • A ring with no battery reading shows "--", never a false 0%. • Today's steps use your iPhone and your ring together, never counted twice. • A day that picked up another day's steps is corrected. • Cloud backup no longer stops on a day whose steps were corrected. • If Ringlo gets no battery reading from your ring for about a day, or 10 hours when the battery was low, it tells you. No more false 0% battery alerts. • A morning summary of last night's sleep. Change the time or turn it off in You. • One quick measurement right after you pair a ring. • QRing sleep, heart rate and blood oxygen are read correctly. • A ring Ringlo can't read now says so plainly, with no instructions that can't work. • Accents are back in German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Romanian and Vietnamese.

Clearer, more honest numbers. • Every reading now says when it was taken, and tabs say exactly which period they cover (Last 7 days, Last 30 days). • Steadier step counts: your ring's own daily total decides each past day. • Friends now see only today's readings, never yesterday's numbers shown as if they were current. • Measure screens show one clear state, and every ring follows the colours you chose. • The Ringlo header no longer sits under your phone's clock.

Your step count is fixed, properly this time. Ringlo now keeps your daily total on your phone instead of reading it off the ring. It only goes up until midnight, so it survives the ring disconnecting, going flat, being taken off, or the app being closed. Also in this release: • Pairing tells you how many devices it found, instead of telling you to charge a ring that is already awake. • Setup picks up where you left off. • You can add an email address so your data survives a new phone.

Fixes and improvements: • The colours in the metric picker now match the rings on your Today screen. Every measurement keeps its own colour, so you can see what a metric will look like before you pick it. • The control for choosing which metrics you see is now labelled "Edit" rather than a small grey icon, so it is much easier to find. • If you close the app part way through setup, Ringlo now picks up where you left off instead of starting over.

Fixes a step count that could show fewer steps than were actually recorded. Improves how the app reads data from TK16 and similar rings.

Fixes the wrong day being shown on the last 7 nights chart. Fixes sleep that your ring recorded but never appeared in the app, including in Battery Saving mode. Sleep stage labels no longer get cut off.

Rings that connect now finish connecting instead of hanging. Sleep and health data arrive in seconds rather than after a long wait. Fixes a problem where a recorded skin temperature disappeared after closing the app.

Your name now appears in the greeting. The app tells you when your last night of sleep was recorded instead of showing nothing. You can now choose whether an early-morning nap counts toward last night's sleep.

Ringlo has a new look. Every screen has been redesigned, and you can now choose the colour palette used across the app. Today's Vitals now always shows four tiles, and you pick which four. Start a workout straight from your Today screen. Also fixes access to workout tracking and temperature.

• Pairing now walks you through each step, shows only rings while scanning, and points you to the rings we know work if yours will not connect. • Sleep that arrives in two parts no longer overwrites itself, so half nights stop replacing full ones. • If your ring's reply cannot be read, Ringlo now tells you that instead of showing an empty night. • Steps and workouts no longer carry across midnight. • Impossible heart rates are blocked before they can reach your history or Apple Health. • Your profile photo updates the moment you change it, and several buttons that were unreadable are now visible.

Fixed: your step count could jump overnight, adding the same number every night at midnight and never coming back down. Each day now starts at zero. Trial screens no longer tell you to cancel a subscription. The 14-day trial takes no payment details and there is nothing to cancel, it simply ends unless you choose to subscribe. Rings that connect in basic mode no longer promise a battery reading they cannot actually give.

• Your ring now receives your real height, weight and age, so the distance and calories it calculates are yours rather than a default profile. • Fixed a crash that could occur during the first Apple Health sync. • When your ring has sleep saved but the transfer does not finish, Ringlo now tells you that instead of reporting no sleep at all. • Repaired sleep nights that had been lost, and fixed two other crashes. • A refreshed Today and Trends layout.
