MyTemenos
Explore your dreams, shadow, creativity and recurring life patterns.
MyTemenos is an AI-guided platform inspired by Carl Jung's depth psychology that helps you understand your dreams, recurring patterns, creativity and unconscious mind.
Guided by Falkor, your AI companion, MyTemenos gradually learns your unique symbolic language by connecting insights across every part of your inner world.
DREAMS DON’T HAPPEN IN ISOLATION. NEITHER DO YOU.
Your dreams are not random.
Your recurring patterns are not accidents.
Your triggers are invitations to understand yourself.
Your unconscious is always trying to tell you something.
Unlike traditional dream journals, MyTemenos doesn't analyze entries in isolation.
It connects insights across your dreams, reflections, creative work and recurring life experiences to reveal psychological patterns that emerge over time.
FOUR CHAMBERS. ONE INNER WORLD.
- Dream Chamber
Record your dreams and discover recurring symbols, archetypes and psychological themes. Over time, Falkor begins recognising connections that are impossible to see from a single dream alone.
- Shadow Dungeon
Explore emotional triggers, recurring conflicts and hidden aspects of yourself through guided shadow work inspired by Jungian psychology.
- Mandala Garden
Reflect on artwork, writing, poetry and other creative projects. Discover the symbolic patterns woven throughout your creative life.
- Observatory
The heart of MyTemenos. Dreams, shadow work, creativity and reflections come together here. Falkor connects insights across every chamber to reveal patterns that emerge only over time.
BUILD YOUR PERSONAL COLLECTION
Every dream, symbol, archetype, trigger and recurring pattern becomes part of a growing collection that evolves alongside you.
Collect beautifully illustrated cards representing:
• Symbols
• Themes
• Archetypes
• Dream patterns
• Shadow patterns
• Personal milestones
Over time, your collection becomes a visual map of your inner world.
BEYOND DREAM INTERPRETATION
Most dream journals analyse one dream.
Most symbol dictionaries assign universal meanings.
But symbols don't exist in isolation.
The same river, house, phoenix or tree can carry entirely different meanings depending on your relationships, memories, emotions, recurring dreams and current stage of life.
Instead of assigning generic meanings, MyTemenos gradually learns your symbolic language.
Because your unconscious speaks in symbols that belong to you—not to a dictionary.
GUIDED BY FALKOR
Falkor isn't designed to tell you what your dreams "really mean."
Instead, he:
• notices recurring patterns
• asks thoughtful questions
• connects experiences across time
• helps you develop your own understanding of your psyche
The goal isn't to provide answers.
It's to help you discover them yourself.

It’s challenging, it’s insightful and the memory is fantastic. The perfect supplement for someone serious about their mental health journey. Personally I have found this to work so well that I have felt better after two weeks of using this than I have in years. Highly recommend.
