Start with your existing CV. Import a PDF, review your details and prepare your next application with templates, PDF export and AI writing assistance.
Your CV, cover letter and job applications in one place.
BewerbungAI helps you prepare application documents for jobs in Germany. Build a CV step by step or start with an existing PDF, then keep track of the roles you apply for.
Please note: the app interface is mainly in German. PDF import supports German and English CVs. The app is designed around applications for the German job market.
BUILD AND EDIT YOUR CV
Add contact details, work experience, education, skills and languages. Edit or remove entries and update your employment and education dates. Your date of birth is optional.
IMPORT AN EXISTING PDF
Choose a German or English CV from Files or iCloud Drive. Text extraction runs locally on your device. Review and correct the extracted details before saving. Readable scans can also be recognized; results depend on the quality and layout of the original PDF.
CHOOSE A TEMPLATE AND EXPORT
Explore 10 CV templates, preview your document and export it as a PDF. Longer CVs can span multiple pages.
DRAFT A COVER LETTER WITH AI
Use your details and the job description to prepare a cover letter draft. Review and personalize the result before sending it, and check that every statement accurately reflects your experience.
PREPARE FOR THE ROLE
Get ATS feedback and compare your profile with a job description. Find wording assistance for career breaks. These tools provide guidance, not a guarantee of ATS acceptance, an interview or employment. AI can make mistakes.
TRACK YOUR APPLICATIONS
Save roles, follow application statuses and keep notes and next steps together in the job tracker.
FOR YOUR NEXT CAREER STEP
For students, graduates, experienced applicants and international professionals preparing applications for Germany.
DATA PROCESSING AND ACCESS
PDF import is processed locally. AI features require an internet connection and your explicit consent: the CV details and job descriptions needed for the request are sent through Firebase to OpenAI.
The app includes free features with usage limits, advertisements and optional Premium purchases. Some actions can be unlocked by watching a voluntary rewarded video. Available purchases, prices and terms are shown in the app.
Turn your experience into a structured application, using your own information.
