This update introduces custom fonts, a redesigned profile editor, and new ways to discover and read on Stanza. Custom Fonts Add a font to your profile from over 1,400 Google Fonts, or upload your own file (TTF, OTF, or WOFF). Your chosen font appears on all your submissions when readers view them. Manage your font collection from Settings → Appearance. Profile Editor Redesign Your profile settings are now organised into three focused sections: Identity (avatar, name, and bio), On the Web (social links), and Discovery (handle and visibility). Social links are draggable — reorder them freely and set each one to Public, Followers Only, or Only Me. Stage Format A new reading experience for Stanza. Switch between Stage and list view in any feed to read submissions the way you prefer. Organisation Hub A dedicated discovery page for finding organisations and open calls. Organisation pages now feature clean, shareable links. Show/Hide Replies Control whether replies from other users appear on your profile page. Toggle the setting directly from your profile settings. Automatic Text Direction Text direction is now set automatically based on the language of your submission, with full right-to-left support for Arabic, and more.

Improved Two-Factor Authentication Add an extra layer of protection to your account. Enroll an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.) from Account Settings → Security. You'll receive one-time backup codes at enrollment. Save them somewhere safe for account recovery. Account Lockout After 5 consecutive failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes to protect against unauthorized access. Stronger Connection Security The app now pins our TLS certificate, keeping your connection to Stanza secure even on untrusted or public networks. Accessibility We've done a full accessibility sweep, improved screen reader support, focus indicators, keyboard navigation, and larger tap targets across the app to meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards. Easier Registration Entering your birth year during sign-up is now a simple text field.
