Figa is a body visualizer/simulator and fitness planning app that helps you see your transformation before it happens. Using a realistic 3D body model built from your actual measurements, Figa shows you exactly what your body looks like now, what it could look like at your goal weight, and how you compare to the average — all in a side-by-side photorealistic comparison.
Start by entering your height, weight, age, and body measurements. Figa runs a full metabolic analysis, classifying your metabolism type and ranking your physique against a database of real body scans. You'll see where you stand on body fat percentage, BMI, shoulder-to-waist ratio, and more — with percentile rankings for each.
Set your goal weight and body fat percentage, then watch your 3D avatar morph to show the transformation. Figa estimates a realistic timeline based on your metabolism type and generates science-backed recommendations for fat loss, muscle gain, or body recomposition. The nutrition plan includes personalized calorie and macro targets, intermittent fasting options, meal type preferences, allergy filters, a weekly meal plan with grocery lists, and a recipe picker. The nutrition plan is free to use but some features like premium recipes may require an upgrade.
The workout plan side covers strength training experience, gym equipment availability, training days, workout duration, and progressive overload routines optimized for your metabolic profile. Choose from barbell-focused gym routines or bodyweight programs you can do at home. Figa selects exercises specifically for your goal body shape and combines them into anabolic workouts designed to keep you in muscle protein synthesis or fat-burning mode. The workout plan is free to use but some features like editing workouts or creating them from scratch require an upgrade.
