Your friends get 14 days free instead of 3. • New strength profile: tap or hold a muscle to highlight just that muscle. The body, your score and the list now fit on one screen. • During a workout: tap an exercise to see the same details as in Exercises, including strength score, charts and records. You can also change the rest time right there. • Background music no longer pauses when an exercise animation appears. • Bodyweight exercises like dips now show your best set and a chart. • Adjusted strength levels for exercises including pec deck, rows, leg press and shoulder press. • Clearer muscle names, such as Lower back.

The strength profile has a new color scale, from blue through purple and red to orange, so it’s easier to see how far you’ve come. The muscle map has smoother, cleaner edges on every muscle group. Your strength profile updates as soon as you finish a workout. The scoring for several exercises has been adjusted, including leg press, leg curl, rows and triceps exercises. Cardio exercises are logged in minutes, both during a workout and when you edit one afterwards. The screen stays awake during quick workouts. Fixed: Music from other apps no longer pauses when an exercise animation is shown. The Live Activity shows the right exercise and rest during the last set of a workout. Checked-off sets stay checked even if your program updates during a workout. A leading zero in reps, such as 08, is corrected when you check off the set.

Strength levels for rows have been recalculated. If you log rows, your scores may have moved. Improved onboarding for new users. Minor bug fixes.

Your strength profile now counts the workouts you logged before your first weigh-in, up to three months back. For many, the whole body map fills in at once. When a muscle has no score, the app tells you why, and you can add your bodyweight right there. Adjusted levels for lateral raises and biceps curls.

Logging a set is easier Tapping the checkbox before you have filled in a weight or a rep count now puts your cursor straight into the field that is missing. Before, nothing visible happened. Adjusted level thresholds The levels for Rope Pullover (Cable) have been lowered. They sat too high compared to the other lat exercises.
