Most job sites work for the companies hiring you. Matchie works for you.
It's a career platform built around your goals — not theirs. From the day you start using it until the day you retire, Matchie keeps your career file in one place: your profile, your CVs, your interviews, your network, your applications, your wins.
WHAT MATCHIE DOES
• Smart job matching — Tell us what you're looking for and we surface roles that actually fit. No spam, no recycled listings, no ghost jobs.
• AI-tailored CVs — One profile, infinite CVs. Matchie writes a fresh CV for every role you apply to, tuned to the job description.
• Interview prep — Generates the questions you're most likely to be asked, and lets you practise your answers before the day.
• Cover letters in seconds — Personalised, never copy-pasted, never generic.
• Your career canvas — A visual map of your career: roles, skills, education, references, contacts, dreams. The bigger your canvas, the better your matches.
• Warm intros — Find people in your network at the companies you're matched with, so you can ask for an intro instead of cold-applying.
• Journal — Track every application, every interview, every offer. Never lose track of where you stand.
• Notifications — Walk past a company that matches your profile? Matchie tells you, so you can drop in or reach out.
• Bring your CV — Upload an existing CV and Matchie pulls it apart, structures it, and uses it as the foundation of your profile.
• LinkedIn import — Sign in with LinkedIn and we pull your work history, skills and headline so you can skip 90% of the setup.
