Pick your goal: order with confidence, taste like a pro, prep for a Level 2 wine exam, or explore. Sommy builds your path of short lessons. Wine 101 is free.
Tell Sommy your goal and get your own path of short wine lessons: order with confidence, taste like a pro, prep for a Level 2 wine exam, or explore the wine world.
Each path has 50+ short stops in six stages, from your first glass to a clear finish line. Five minutes a day, quizzes that make it stick, and a friendly fox coach who never talks down.
Wine 101 and Bubbles 101 are free, start to finish. Every other course opens with a free lesson.
PICK YOUR PATH
→ Order with confidence: the grapes on every list, reading any label, picking a bottle for the food and the budget.
→ Taste like a pro: look, smell, taste, in that order. Name aromas in layers and tell styles apart. No bottle needed to start.
→ Exam prep: Level 2: stages in exam order, from vineyard and winery to service, food and faults, with a countdown to your exam month.
→ Explore the wine world: why Champagne fizzes, five famous wine places, and the stories behind them.
Switch paths any time. Your progress comes with you.
