Keep track of expiring cards, identity documents and software licences. A new Expiring soon panel shows what needs your attention, with private reminders 30 days before, 7 days before and on the expiry date. Dismiss a reminder until the next step, or clear it by updating the expiry date. Notifications never reveal the name of an item. We have also refined toolbar icons and sidebar spacing on Mac.

AutoFill now works even while Zen Passwords is locked. Passkeys, passwords and one-time codes come from a sealed copy of your vault that only opens with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode, and nothing is stored in the clear. Create a passkey in Safari and sign in with it right away. New: AutoFill PIN. Set a Zen PIN under Settings > AutoFill and AutoFill asks for Face ID or Touch ID first and your PIN second, instead of the device passcode. Passkeys now sign in reliably from every device, including websites that check the passkey use counter. Mac: the sidebar is wider so every label reads in full. After updating, open and unlock Zen Passwords once so AutoFill can finish setting up.

A new app icon, and the same mark on the lock screen, the welcome page and the splash. Cleaner type. Inter is now set with its proper weights and spacing, and text is a softer slate rather than black. Toasts are lighter, frosted banners that follow your theme. On a login, the authenticator is one row with the live code and a countdown ring. Folders are optional, so items no longer carry an "Unfiled" label. Home: the tiles, cards and search field share one surface style, tags are smaller, and the dock is a capsule. Recovery and AutoFill have their own icons in Settings.

Fixed an issue on Mac where opening one item straight after another could briefly show the previous item's details. Behind the scenes, the encryption that protects your vault now lives in one shared component, which we have published as open source so anyone can inspect exactly how your passwords are secured. Nothing about how your data is stored or synced has changed.

Zen Passwords 1.6.0 brings our biggest security upgrade yet. - Breach monitoring: opt in to check your saved logins against known data breaches. Checks use k-anonymity, so your passwords never leave your device. - Secret Key: add a second factor to your vault encryption, with a printable Emergency Kit and QR setup for new devices. - Security log: a tamper-evident record of important vault events. - Duress PIN and social recovery for emergency access, on your terms. - A refreshed look, a new Midnight dark theme, and clearer Settings. - Many fixes and performance improvements.
