Breathe is a guided breathing app with breathing exercises for calm, focus, and stress relief — a quiet, reliable place to slow your breath and reset, any time of day. Available on iPhone, iPad and Mac (designed for iPad).
Start a session in seconds and follow gentle bell cues, soft vibration, or both. With the bell on, a session keeps running in the background — screen locked, phone face down, or another app open — so you can close your eyes and simply breathe, hands-free, without watching the display.
No ads. No account, ever. Your breathing history is saved on your device and syncs privately through your own iCloud — and with Premium, sessions work fully offline: on a plane, on a trail, or with no signal at all.
