First up: Average Weekly Wage, Schedule Loss of Use, and Accident, Notice and Causal Relationship. • Find a Doctor: the street map is back. If the map can't load, the screen tells you why and shows the list of doctors. • The calculators have less empty space. A new optional tour, with Comp Buddy as your guide, explains the terms for injured workers or shows professionals where everything is. Find it any time in the menu under "Show me around". • Signed in? Tap the mic on a calculator screen and say what you need, like "AWW 1250, date of accident March 3". • More precise results: weekly rates round to the cent, and more screens use the state minimum and maximum for your accident date. • Typing dates is easier on the claim form and at sign-up. Type a date like 5/1/1960 or 05011960, and the app shows the date it understood. • Sign-up for injured workers is now in all 12 languages, has a birthday picker, and lets you go on if your injury isn't on the list. • Clearer deadlines: next to the 30-day notice and two-year filing deadlines, the app now says late notice may be excused by the Board and there are exceptions to the filing deadline. • Mileage & Expenses: view your C-257 expense form in the app, and download or share it as a PDF. • Your main next step sits higher on the dashboard, and notification cards no longer cut off their text. • Job Buddy shows a better mix of openings, ranked by how well they fit and how close they are. • New Reduce motion setting, and easier-to-read buttons on the Terms of Use screen. • For attorneys: Firm Management no longer gets stuck on "Loading…". • Other fixes and polish.

Filing your claim, start to finish. • The claim wizard now finishes reliably every time. You always reach the confirmation screen and the one-tap button that emails your completed C-3 to the New York State Workers' Compensation Board — even on a weak connection. • Fixed fields that printed blank or cut off on the finished form: the signature date, who you notified about your injury, your job duties, and your phone numbers. • Faster address entry. Start typing and pick your address from suggestions, with a separate line for an apartment or unit number. • Answer suggestions tailored to your job and your injury help you describe what happened and what you were doing. • Added a question for workers who held a second job when they were hurt. • Comp Buddy now answers using the details of your own case — your injury, your dates, and where you are in the process. • A refreshed look for the claim and Average Weekly Wage wizards, with clearer buttons and easier-to-read text, and a bottom navigation bar that tucks away while you read.

Twelve languages, including Arabic and Urdu. • Choose your language the moment you open the app — or change it any time in Settings. Comp Buddy answers your questions in the language you pick, and the app lays out right to left in Arabic and Urdu, with fonts chosen for each script. • A new opening flow. Tell us where you are — hurt at work, sick from work, already have a case, helping someone else, or a professional — and the app arranges itself around that. • A dashboard that adapts to you. The card that matters most sits on top: the deadline to notify your employer, a plain-language explainer for an illness caused by work, or your employer and exposure history. • Pick up where you left off. Stop partway through and the app offers to resume instead of starting over. • Filing your C-3 speaks your language too — the whole wizard, and the reminders that follow it. • Sign in with Apple or Google, alongside email. • Claiming an illness caused by your work now asks the right questions — when it began, the work that caused it, how it developed — instead of accident questions. • The claim form works with the keyboard up. Every question stays reachable, and the Back and Next buttons stay where you can tap them. • More room for what matters, on every screen — plus a clearer bottom bar and one consistent look for the main buttons throughout the app. We're still translating. Parts of the app are in English while that work continues — your language setting applies everywhere we've finished, and more lands each release. Official New York State Workers' Compensation Board forms are prepared in English, as the Board requires; the app explains them to you in your language.
