Conflict Room is private conflict care for the moments between therapy sessions. Create a private Messaging Room or Voice Room, invite the other person, and slow down the conversation with coaching that encourages calm, clarity, and empathy. After a room ends, Conflict Room can generate personal summaries and a shared repair plan so each participant can reflect on what happened and what may help next time. For therapist-sponsored access, therapists can receive pattern-level conversation insights for linked clients without seeing raw messages, audio, or transcripts. Optional conversation check-ins let you record the feelings you are leaving with and add a private note. With therapist sharing enabled and both participants’ disclosure acknowledgments, your therapist can see selected feelings alongside the conversation recap. Your notes stay private. Launch access: - Free users can create 3 rooms per month. - Invited partners can join for free. - Therapist-sponsored users can create unlimited rooms. Conflict Room is designed for relationship communication, not crisis response. AI output is coaching and reflection, not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, legal advice, emergency support, or clinical judgment.
