Your leaders see their own groups up close. You see all of them from a distance, and that's where things slip. Trellis watches for a student who stopped showing up, a group that's stopped meeting, a leader who skipped their debrief, and a hand quietly raised.
It puts those concerns — ranked, with context — in an inbox only leadership sees. Reach out, snooze, or let it resolve. Caring was never the problem. Seeing it in time is.
CARE FOR THE PEOPLE, NOT THE PAPERWORK
After each study, a leader spends two minutes on a debrief: mood, prayer requests, who needs follow-up. Attendance is the least of it. Every few weeks, Trellis asks leaders how their own hearts are — the people caring for everyone need care too. And with one tap, anyone can flag that they need to talk, no explanation required.

What's New in Trellis 1.7.29
The debrief counts the people you marked present, and admins can see their ministry's look and words.
For leaders & admins
• The count comes from attendance — the debrief does not ask you to type a headcount. It reads the people marked present at that meeting. Tap Edit on the count to change who is marked.
• Count walk-ins — Manage attendance has a Guests row at the bottom. Tap plus for each person who came but is not in Trellis yet.
• Your ministry's look and words — Admin › Tenant Settings shows your ministry's theme, logo, and the words it uses for groups and leaders.
