Two new worlds to explore, and a lot more to do in the old ones. NEW: WONDER LAB Sage the Owl asks the big questions - what is fair, what makes a friend, are you still the same person you were as a baby? There are no wrong answers here; what matters is that your child can say why. Play solo, or talk it through together. - Daily Thinking Traps - spot the sneaky reasoning in everyday arguments - Break It Down - take something everyone repeats, dig down to what you actually know, and build the answer back up yourself NEW: SOCIAL DETECTIVE Reading people, framed as a puzzle to solve. Six areas covering tone, subtext, body language, repairing a conversation that went wrong, and questions that have no single right answer. - Ready Answers - rehearse the questions that catch your child out, asked in the voice of whoever asks them - Speech Studio - practise saying it with feeling, and hear yourself back - Listen & Do - follow instructions that get longer as you go CHINESE ADVENTURE - A proper daily challenge: fifteen questions, every day, tracked character by character - New question types across vocabulary, sentences, writing and comprehension - More idiom stories, with real narration and new artwork SCIENCE LAB - Molecule Builder - a narrated lesson with Professor Fizz, then build it yourself - Name Detective - where element names actually come from - Discovery Stories - how we know what we know, told for a seven-year-old MATH - A Pre-Algebra tier, plus money, angles and fractions in the daily - Narrated Olympiad lessons with Inspector Prime - Number Nim: two players on one screen, and an Expert tier where the easy rule stops working PET BATTLE - Team Arena - 2v2 battles with targeting, blocking, and eight new monsters - Choose who you fight instead of walking a ladder - Bigger question banks, so you stop seeing the same ones WORD ADVENTURE - Every vocabulary word is now read aloud - Word-building and context-clue questions, with difficulty that eases off when your child is struggling and ramps back up when they're not ALSO FIXED - Progress no longer gets lost when your child uses more than one device - The app-lock reward is more reliable - Lots of smaller fixes to daily challenges, parent reports and read-aloud

A kids' learning app with a parental screen-time reward: parents choose apps to lock, and those apps stay blocked until the child finishes their daily learning goal in the app, then unlock for the day. We use FamilyControls + ManagedSettings + DeviceActivity to shield/unshield the chosen apps.
