HomeZEN Tracker keeps every property you own — the boiler's warranty, the filter that needs
changing, the receipt for the dishwasher, the number of the plumber who actually turns up —
in one place that tells you what needs doing today.
Know what needs doing
Your Dashboard reads across every home and pulls out what's overdue, what's due this week,
and what's about to lose warranty cover. An empty Dashboard means you're ahead.
Every property, every asset
A home is a place; assets are filed under it; tasks under an asset. Track a flat, a family
house and a warehouse side by side — HomeZEN doesn't assume everything you own is a home.
Scan instead of typing
Point the camera at a label and HomeZEN reads the brand, model and serial number, and keeps
the photo with the asset. Receipts, manuals and warranties go in the Document Vault, filed
against the thing they belong to.
The people who fix things
Keep your plumber, electrician and HVAC tech with their numbers, link them to the assets
they service, and find new ones nearby by trade when you need someone you don't have.
Plan the year, not the emergency
Generate a seasonal maintenance plan for a property based on the equipment you actually own
and the work you've already done — and turn it into real, dated tasks.
Private by default
HomeZEN's intelligence runs on your device using Apple Intelligence. Your home's details
stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, never on our servers.
HomeZEN Pro removes the 2-home and 10-asset limits, and adds iCloud sync across your
devices, the AI Assistant, Visual Triage, the Maintenance Planner, Cost Analytics and
Family Sharing for up to five people.
This app is perfect for keeping up with the never-ending chore of home maintenance. We rent our house but we’re still responsible for small maintenance tasks like furnace filter replacement or small repairs, and this app helps keep it all organized and even includes a service search feature if we need a professional.

I like the different features BUT, there doesn’t seem to be any way to edit an asset or tool (what’s the difference?) once you create it other than recreating it. Huge issue. I specifically want to track barcodes and purchase info, which are stored in separate in real life (I don’t keep the purchase receipts in my refrigerator, for example).

You can edit items in the current release — open the item and use Edit to change brand, serial, photos, and purchase info. Thank you for flagging it.
Version 8.6 — a clearer path through your home
Reorganised, so less is buried:
• Assets now live inside Homes, where each place lists everything in it, with what's overdue.
• Tasks became Plan, with Season, Calendar and List views of the same work.
• Ask, photograph and scan moved out of More into a new Assist tab.
• More is now a tidy directory: Document Vault, Vendors, search, Cost Analytics and Settings.
Your home, on every screen:
• Your chosen city mural is now a true background rather than a band at the top, so your work starts at the top of the screen.
Vendors that actually connect to your home:
• Link the plumber, electrician or HVAC tech who services an asset, right from the asset.
• Find providers near you by trade, using your location or any zip code you choose.
• Seasonal plans now name the provider you already use instead of telling you to find one.
Fixes worth knowing about:
• Clearing sample data now removes only the sample data. Previously it could remove your own homes, assets and tasks.
• Scanning a label keeps the photo it read, on the asset and in your photo library.
• Cost Analytics compares like with like, and the monthly trend chart draws both lines correctly.
• Seasonal plans generate reliably, and when something goes wrong the app says what.
• iCloud sync now updates in the background as it always should have.
