The place sees your request and answers with a time. You're told when they reply, in the app and by text if you like. If they can't take you, you'll know, and you can pick another place.
Your details reach the desk before you do.
Your health card or plan, your allergies and medications, and your family doctor go with your request. At walk-in clinics that use them, you sign forms for the clinic in the app when you send, and the clinic gets them when it confirms your visit.
