This update refreshes the app icon and improves how it adapts to light, dark, and tinted Home Screen appearances.

Refreshed App Store screenshots and presentation.

Journal saves, edits, and deletions now recover cleanly when local storage rejects a change, preventing failed operations from being applied later. Reminder and settings failures now leave the screen and saved state consistent.

This update fixes four problems at larger text sizes, and adds one thing. At the largest accessibility text sizes the first onboarding screen cut off its own copy, losing whole lines instead of wrapping them. It now wraps, and the page scrolls when it needs to. The last onboarding button read "Begin Journ..." at those sizes. It was pinned to a fixed height, which forced the label onto a single line. The button now grows to fit its label. Two other buttons truncated their own labels the same way, and have the same fix. Gloam now asks once whether you would like to leave a review, after you have written a few entries and a streak has started. Once, and never again. One line in the App Store description has been corrected. Gloam attaches one photo to an entry; the description said images, plural, and a second pick replaces the first rather than adding to it.

This update fixes five reliability problems. Your lifetime Pro unlock is no longer cleared when the app cannot read your purchase at launch. Pro is now removed only by a genuine refund or by a restore that actually completed. If the day rolls over while Gloam is open, or you delete today's entry from the Timeline tab, saving no longer overwrites an older entry. Your writing is kept and saved as today's entry. A save or a delete that failed is no longer announced to VoiceOver as a success. A save or a delete that worked is no longer reported as a failure when the streak cannot be recalculated afterwards. The streak badge now marks itself as out of date instead of showing a number nothing verified. If the store details have not loaded yet, tapping Upgrade now loads them and continues, instead of leaving the button unavailable.
