Simple Coffee Timer
Ratio Calculator & Brew Timer
$2.99 · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Dial in your perfect brew with smart ratios and guided timers.
Brew better coffee with Simple Coffee Timer. A smart brewing assistant that combines a bidirectional ratio calculator with guided timers for multiple brewing methods.
Calculate perfect coffee-to-water ratios instantly. Edit any two values (coffee, water, or ratio) and the third updates automatically. No more mental math or conversion charts.
Start brewing and let the timer guide you step by step through your chosen method. It tracks elapsed time, highlights the current step, and counts down to the next one, so you always know what to do and when. During each pour, it shows the scale reading to pour up to, based on your water amount.
Live Activities keep your brew on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with a step-by-step progress bar and the pour target for each pour. Pause or resume without opening the app. Step away and a notification lets you know the moment your brew is ready.
On iPad, the full brew schedule sits beside the calculator, in portrait or landscape, and side by side with other apps.
Supported brewing methods:
• V60 Method
• V60 4:6 Method
• V60 Onyx Method
• Chemex
• French Press
• Aeropress
• Moka Pot
Simple, elegant, and focused on helping you dial in your perfect cup every time.
