Eyes Up Here is a guided training app for building better eye contact, calmer presence, and more respectful conversational habits.
The app uses short video-based chapters to help users practice staying attentive at eye level during realistic one-on-one interactions. Each session checks visual discipline first, then tests listening and recall through a short quiz.
This is not about performance or pickup lines. It is about self-control, attention, and how to make other people feel comfortable in conversation.
