Version 2.0.0 is a redesign of the whole app. Every screen was redrawn: a calmer home, a reader that gets out of the way, and a dock that keeps the Quran, Huda, prayer times and search one tap apart. RECITERS Four voices joined the roster, so there are twelve with word-level timing: Raad Al Kurdi, Badr Al Turki, Muhammad Al-Luhaidan, and Maher Al-Mu'aiqly. The picker groups them by pace and tone, and you can hear a short audition before you choose. WORD MEANINGS Hold any word in the reader for its meaning and its grammar, verse by verse. PRAYER WIDGET A home screen widget that counts down to the next prayer, and prayer reminders that arrive without the app open. RECORDING STUDIO Record your own recitation and hear it inside a real hall. One dial: turn it for a bigger or smaller space, move outward to stand farther back, hold to hear your own voice. The rooms are measured acoustics of real stone halls, and your voice is cleaned and polished without touching the pitch or melody. Save the take and let Huda name it by surah and ayah. KHATMAH GROUPS A group is reached with its invite code. Members see the group's aggregate progress toward a complete reading. FIRST RUN A walk through the reader, Huda, memorization, khatmah groups, and the recording studio, so nothing has to be found by accident. Reading stays free and uncapped: the whole Quran, all twelve reciters, prayer times, search, favorites, memorization tools, and khatmah groups. Two things carry a free allowance, Huda verse identification and the number of takes the recording studio keeps in your saved library. An optional subscription lifts both. Removed in this version: the Pulse trending feed, the country reading challenge, and group chat. Built for memorizers, not advertisers.
