PepDose is an injection tracker for TRT, HRT and peptide routines. Answer three quick questions and PepDose builds your schedule, reminds you when a dose is due, and rotates your injection sites for you.
PepDose is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not calculate, suggest, or recommend doses, and it is not medical advice. Always follow the instructions of your prescribing clinician.
YOUR SCHEDULE AND REMINDERS
• Weekly, twice weekly, every 3.5 days, daily, or a custom interval.
• A reminder at the time you choose for every planned injection.
HORMONE (OIL) INJECTIONS
• Presets for testosterone cypionate, testosterone enanthate and estradiol valerate, with a concentration you can edit.
• Log the amount in mg. PepDose shows the volume in ml that your own concentration implies.
• Intramuscular or subcutaneous, with a 1 ml or 3 ml syringe.
SITE ROTATION
• PepDose suggests the next site in your rotation and remembers where you injected last.
PEPTIDES
• Log what you took, where, and when, exactly as you enter it.
• Vial tracking counts doses down and warns before a vial runs out or expires.
PRIVACY
Your injection log, compounds and vials are stored on your iPhone, with no account. PepDose uses PostHog for anonymous usage analytics and crash reports, with every piece of on-screen text masked in session replays.
PepDose Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed yearly or monthly. The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
