Rate and copy answers Every answer from your agent now has copy, thumbs up and thumbs down, so you can save a good answer or tell us when one missed. Quick replies and follow-up questions stay uncluttered. Improvements - The conversations an answer drew on now appear as a tidy list under it, with the rest a tap away. - Older messages load as you scroll up in long chats and in Ask Trace. - Open a source from a chat, come back, and you land right where you were reading. - Copying an answer now shows a quick check mark, so you know it worked. - People in your chats now get soft, distinct colours and rounded-square avatars, matching Trace on desktop.

• Add a profile photo from your iPhone. Tap the camera on your photo to choose one or take one, then move and scale it to fit. • Give your agent a photo the same way, from its profile. • Tap anyone's photo on their profile to see it full screen. • Chats opened from the list now open at the newest message.

• Ask a teammate's agent. Open someone's profile and tap "Ask their agent" to get answers from their context, with suggested topics to start from. • Conversations now list your latest chats first, and search finds people on your team and their agents. • When a topic you share finds new contexts, your agent posts a Review card so you can approve them right from the chat. • Agent messages now use the full width of the screen instead of a narrow column.

• Home now has four tabs: Context, To-dos, Conversations and Ask Trace, with Capture always one tap away. • Workspaces come to iPhone. Switch between Personal and your team, accept invites, or set up a new team and bring your contexts with you. • Chat with people on your team and their agents in Conversations. Type @ to bring someone in. • Ask about one context, or a whole Space, right from its page. Answers quote the exact line and open the transcript there. • Keep people in the loop: share a topic and approve each context before it goes out. • A new, shorter welcome for first-time users. • Your own name now shows on your lines in a transcript.

What's new can now show a short video of each new feature. Tap play to watch it with sound, right where the picture was.

• Download the audio a context was built from. Open the three-dot menu, choose Download audio, and save the file to your device. • The download keeps going when you close the sheet or leave the app, picks up where it left off if it gets interrupted, and tells you when the file is ready.

• A capture that got interrupted, by a force quit, a restart, or the network dropping, now comes back and finishes in seconds instead of minutes. • Your home screen now shows one loading card per capture, and that card turns into your context instead of sitting next to it.

• Captures made on a weak or offline connection are no longer lost. Trace holds the capture on your device and finishes uploading it once you are back online. • A capture now waits for the full transcript before building your context, so nothing said near the end goes missing. • When you end a capture it appears on your home screen right away while the context is being put together, instead of nothing showing until it is ready.

• The home menu is now a drawer. The home screen slides aside to uncover your Spaces, instead of the menu sliding over the top of it. • Swipe in from the left edge to open it, and swipe back or tap the home screen to close.

• Ask Trace now shows what it's working on while it puts an answer together, so a question that takes longer tells you where it's got to. • Switch apps while Ask Trace is answering and the answer is waiting for you when you come back, instead of asking you to try again.

• Download any context as a PDF. Open Share, choose the sections you want, and save it to Files or send it on. • Sharing now starts with every section selected, so sharing a whole context is one tap.

• Live transcription now picks up the names you use most, so the people, teams, and companies in your conversations come through right more often. • Ask Trace answers are now selectable. Drag across an answer to copy just the part you want, and copying a whole answer keeps its formatting. • Plus smoother scrolling in Ask Trace and a round of small fixes.

Live transcription is faster and more accurate, with speaker labels so you can see who said what. A redesigned Settings page brings your profile, connections, and help into one place. Slack comes to Trace. Connect your Slack workspace, pick a channel for any Space, and publish captured context straight to Slack so your team stays in the loop. We also tidied up connections into a single Connections screen where you can manage your apps and services in one place.
