Cancelled labels are clearly stamped VOID. - Share tracking with anyone: copy the link, or send it by text, email, Facebook, Messenger or your phone's share sheet. - Redesigned shipment page: addresses, package summary, tracking timeline and actions together on one screen, plus insurance and signature details. - Live tracking straight from UPS, FedEx and USPS: every carrier scan is shown and open screens refresh automatically. - International (GlobalPost): one clear two-leg journey, USPS to the GlobalPost hub then international delivery, with separate delivery estimates for each leg. - Paperless drop-off: show a QR code (USPS) or barcode (UPS) at the counter, no printer needed, with a short how-it-works video. - Team invites open a pre-filled sign-up, so new teammates get started faster. - Referrals: see your two-level referral network and your earnings, and get an alert each time someone you referred ships. - Order printed marketing materials (business cards, postcards, flyers and door hangers) with your own invite QR code, delivered to your door. - Checkout now asks you to confirm your package's weight and size, with a measuring tip to avoid carrier adjustments. Bug Fixes: - USPS quotes no longer show flat rate box options that can't actually be used, or duplicate services. - Boxes entered with the longest side as width or height no longer go missing from USPS rates. - Label purchases no longer report a false failure when the carrier is slow to respond. - Cancelling a label is no longer blocked by automated "label created" or "in transit" messages; only a real carrier scan blocks it. - Carrier scan times now show the correct local time. - An unverified address no longer blocks your purchase: you can choose to ship to the address as entered. - International shipments now appear in the right country on your dashboard map. - A blank sender company no longer prints "ShipWizard" on your label.

Drop it at any Post Office. - Referrers now get an in-app notification and an email the moment someone signs up with their code or link. - New "How to" video in Package Details shows you how to measure a package at home, with a reminder to round every dimension and weight up. - International: the recipient's street field now suggests addresses in the destination country and fills in city, province and postal code for you. - International: phone numbers get a country-code picker that follows the destination country, saved in the format carriers require. - International: your rate is re-checked with the carrier the moment you tap Ship, and any price change is shown before you're charged. - Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are now linked from every sign-up step and from Settings. This is counted on your phone only. • Log In now sits in the top bar on phones instead of inside the menu. • Faster startup on phones — the homepage loads far less before it responds to a tap. • New app icon, plus the new ShipWizard wordmark on the sign-in screen and sidebar. • New Orders page: tell us which store (Shopify, Etsy, eBay, etc.) you'd want orders imported from. Bug Fixes: • Fixed the app getting stuck on "Loading…" after being signed in for a while. • Fixed FedEx purchases failing at checkout while FedEx's system is down — the FedEx card now lets you know up front and points you to UPS or USPS instead. • Fixed an older sign-up form appearing, and then refusing to submit, if the app opened during a signal drop.

Fixes that matter to users on 2.26.2 The app no longer hangs on "Loading…" when a session expires — that's the bug that stranded you, and this is the first binary that fixes it Updating forces one clean sign-in, so a device can't carry a broken auth state across the upgrade "Update required" now has a working Update button instead of telling people to update with no way to do it Much faster first load on phones — Sentry, chat and analytics no longer block startup, and the mobile menu opens on the first tap Support Intercom replaced with Crisp, the support icon moved to the top bar, and unread replies now badge it so waiting messages aren't missed. On mobile, Address Book took the old Support tab slot. Admin & internal Verification status columns and timestamps in the admin console; the admin shipment detail 500 fixed; failure alerts now name the customer, their account and the shipment; and customer typos no longer page the error channel.
