Most people roll without a plan. They show up, slap hands, and hope something works. While fun, it's a slow way to improve.
Fluxo gives your training sessions direction. Pick a technique, give yourself a goal, and go train it with purpose.
FLUXO COACH
A coach in your corner. Ask questions and get answers grounded in the technique catalog, not generic internet advice. Capture what you learned in class and turn rough notes into structured takeaways. Review your rolls and get targeted guidance on where you got stuck, where you got caught, and what to drill next.
COMPETITION SCENARIOS
Hundreds of scenarios pulled from real match situations. Down on points late in the round. Flattened out under side control. You have the back but your opponent is defending
everything. Each scenario lays out the situation, gives you valid paths to win, and breaks down the common failures so you know what to fix when it doesn't work.
TECHNIQUE CATALOG
Submissions, sweeps, passes, takedowns, escapes, positional control. Every technique has step-by-step instructions mapped to specific grips and body positioning, setup scenarios that tell you when to hunt for it, and the mistakes that kill it. Save reference videos from YouTube or Instagram next to any technique.
FLOWCHAIN BUILDER
Your game is a graph. Map it on a visual canvas. Connect positions to attacks, attacks to reactions, reactions to follow-ups. Start from bundled fundamentals or build from scratch.
TRAINING CHALLENGES
Pick a technique. Set a challenge level. Track your attempts and successes across live rounds. Progress from first attempts through consistent execution under pressure. See which techniques are actually landing and which ones need more reps.
Fluxo Coach is an optional subscription: $5.99 per month or $39.99 per year, starting with a 7-day free trial. Auto-renews until cancelled.
