Quilles is the wine lover's cellar, designed as a beautiful object. Every bottle takes its place on the shelf, with its label, its vintage and its little layer of dust. You open the app: your collection is there, lit up. THE CABINET, YOUR DEFAULT VIEW A wine cabinet with a lacquered frame, smoked glass, a thermostat and LED strips that light up shelf by shelf. 3D bottles with curved labels, capsules, wax and champagne foil, with the bottles in stock lined up behind the first. Prefer the grid, in lit display cases, or the list: your choice is remembered. TWO AMBIENCES At night, the "tech" cellar: deep black, brass and amber light. By day, the stone cellar: Burgundy limestone, marble shelves where the bottles are reflected, soft lighting. Automatic, or as you like. AIM AT THE LABEL (Premium) Point the camera at a label: Quilles straightens it, reads the estate, the appellation and the vintage, suggests the record, then lets you confirm everything. The real label then dresses the bottle. Reading is done on device; Apple Intelligence suggestions require a compatible device. THE RIGHT MOMENT Peak and end of drinking window, estimated from the appellation. You see at a glance what to keep, what to drink, and what to drink soon. The journal shows you when to open your bottles, the breakdown by colour, region and vintage, your tastings, and your treasures. WHAT SHALL WE OPEN TONIGHT? Enter the number of guests and the menu: Quilles suggests, from your own bottles, the ones that pair well, prioritising those to open without delay. UNCORKING, NOTED One gesture, a glass filling up, "Cheers!", and the bottle is deducted from your stock and added to your journal. Slipped? Undo. EVERYWHERE WITH YOU iPhone, iPad and Mac, synced through your private iCloud. Widgets for your Home Screen (Premium) to see your cellar at full size, or the bottles to drink first. CSV import and export. YOUR PRIVACY, INTACT Your data stays on your devices and in your private iCloud. No ads, no tracking.
