Two additions for the till, plus everything from 1.8.0. • Cash rounding: choose a rounding step for any payment method in Settings › Payments, for example the nearest 50 cents for cash. The total moves to the nearest step after every discount and tax, and the rounding is shown on the receipt. • Till helper: on a cash sale, tap the note the customer hands over, or type the amount, and the change to give back appears straight away. Turn it on in Settings › Payments.

Built for mobile groomers, pet salons and businesses that come to the client, plus everything from 1.7.9. • Route planning for mobile services: set a start and finish address, the longest drive you accept between appointments, and the areas you cover on each weekday. Online booking then only offers times that fit your route, and hides days you are not in the client's area. • A Route tab in Salon Center shows the day's mobile stops on a map with the drive between each, warns when a gap is too short for the drive, and Optimise route proposes the shortest order and new times for you to apply. • Pet grooming: a client questionnaire about the pet (vaccinations, allergies, medications, temperament, vet and emergency contact) sent with the booking or answered on a tablet, kept on the client record. • Terms and conditions on the questionnaire: keep them in ZibaDesk or link to your website; clients open them from a link and must tick that they agree before submitting, and the time they agreed is recorded. • Clients can cancel their own booking online, up to the cut-off you choose, with the cancellation shown in the app straight away. • Prepaid packages: sell a set of visits for one price, at the till or online, and redeem one visit at a time. • Add-ons clients tick alongside a service, closed days and holidays with a reason clients see, and different working days and hours per location for each team member. • Gift cards: expired balances shown apart from outstanding, and a deleted card stays deleted on every device. • The order of your service categories is kept everywhere: booking page, till and settings. • Booking page fixes: opening hours always win over staff shifts, slot times keep their minutes, and a failed availability lookup offers Retry instead of a default list. • Store credit on the client record: add or deduct a balance with a note, apply it at checkout with one switch, and a refund puts it back. • A Support section with step-by-step guides for every part of the app; search it, or ask a question and get an answer or the right guide. • A help icon in the header opens a chat in your language; when nobody is online the assistant answers first and hands over to us when needed. • The chat assistant knows every feature above.

Settings made easier, better multi-location support, mobile services and pet grooming. • Settings are grouped into clear sections with a search box, so any setting is a tap or a word away. • Businesses with several locations choose their main location, see everything that applies to one branch in one place, and set rooms, devices, services and prices per location. • Mobile “I come to you” services: clients enter their address when booking, and you can add a travel fee by distance, shown on its own line or included in the price. • Pet grooming: clients add their pet's name, breed and size when booking, prices follow the pet's size, and each client's pets are kept on their profile. • A new Grooming style for your online booking page. • Check out a booked appointment in one tap: its services, any travel fee and what the client already paid online are filled in, ready to finish or add to. • Choose how close to an appointment clients can still cancel or reschedule online. • Before and after photos for every client, and for each pet at grooming businesses. • Replies from the Messages inbox now reach clients on WhatsApp or by text message. • Each team member can choose which Salon Center view the app opens on: the day, the week, messages or staff. • With a single team member, every booking is assigned to them automatically, so nothing is left unassigned. • Products appear at checkout as soon as they are added, with an “Out of stock” label when none are left.

Client overview: open a client and start with what the visit needs. Warnings and allergies at the top, the health questionnaire (view the answers, or hand the tablet to the client to fill it in), consent forms to sign or view, recent treatments with a button to start a new note, and a link to the client's photos. Health profile: medical history, allergies and the health questionnaire together in one section. Treatment notes: one clinical note per visit, gathering the consent signed on the day, the questionnaire, the dictated or typed note, the injection map and anything prescribed. A named practitioner signs it, and it locks. Anatomical markings: mark where each treatment was given on a face or body map, with the dose at each point, and read it back by area. Treatment plans: a course of care laid out across months. Set a treatment to repeat, and the plan shows what falls in each month, what is still unbooked, and the products the client is using at home. Barcode scanning: scan a product with the camera at the register instead of finding it in the list. Turn it on under Settings, Products. Consent forms can now be signed in person from the client's record, and every signed form can be viewed and printed. Fixes: a clearer product editor on phones, an easier health questionnaire editor, and layout corrections across the app.
