What's New in 1.2 Check-in reminders. Set your training frequency in settings and the app schedules native notifications to match — daily, 3×/week, biweekly, whatever your protocol is. No push spam. It fires when you're due. Before/after comparison cards. Pick any two check-ins and export a side-by-side comparison card. Share your progress on your terms, with your numbers attached. Ghost overlay. Camera now shows your last check-in photo as a translucent reference layer while you shoot. Line up your stance, hit the shutter. Repeatable angles, more consistent scoring. Weight correlation. Check-in detail now interprets your weight change against your stated goal — EFFECTIVE CUT, GROWTH ON TRACK, LEAN GAIN TERRITORY, and more. Score + weight together, not separately. Tap your calendar. Progress grid and monthly calendar cells are now tappable. One tap goes straight to that check-in. Home panel tightened. Tier, streak, and last scan summary in one compact row. Less chrome, same signal.

Sign in with Apple is now available for secure account access and cross-device recovery. Check-ins now sync to your account, with additional fixes for sign-in reliability and account linking.
