HS Transport is the booking and delivery app for HS Transport, the Blacktown-based freight carrier running Sydney to Newcastle and everywhere along the M1 corridor.
Whether you're sending a few pallets or need a whole truck, you can book, track and confirm every job from your phone.
FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
• Book in minutes: pick your pickup and delivery addresses from Google suggestions and we calculate the driving distance for you
• Instant quotes: see the price for standard or oversize pallets before you confirm, including fuel charge and GST
• Full vehicle hire: request a dedicated truck and our team will send you a quote
• Change your mind: edit or cancel your order any time before we confirm it
• Order updates: get notified when your order changes
• Proof of delivery: view pickup and delivery photos full screen
• Invoices: download a PDF invoice once your order is priced
FOR DRIVERS
• See every job assigned to you, with delivery date, time window and contact details
• Tap any address to open it in Google Maps or Apple Maps, or copy it
• Call the customer straight from the job
• Confirm pickup and delivery with up to 6 photos each, compressed automatically so uploads stay fast on mobile data
• Get notified the moment a job is assigned, changed or cancelled
FOR THE HS TRANSPORT TEAM
• Review new orders, then confirm, assign a driver, set pricing or cancel
• Adjust prices when a job needs it
• Manage customers, drivers, the pricing table and service-area settings
