A daily nudge — one short message a day, at a time you choose. Never a streak, never a guilt trip. Your summary for a GP now includes your mood over time, and you can share or email it straight from the app. Find a therapist — tell us what you're looking for and we'll come back within 24 hours with therapists that fit. An account is now needed to use the app, so your practice follows you to a new phone. The crisis screen still opens without one. Fixes — the typing bar stays visible while you type, forms no longer hide behind the keyboard, and password reset links work properly.

Support chat has changed the most. It answers the specific thing you wrote rather than reaching for a breathing exercise every time, and it says the honest thing instead of the comfortable one. If it has already suggested something once, it won't suggest it again. Crisis lines have been checked against the organisations that run them and corrected where they were wrong. Twenty regions are now covered, and the screening that surfaces them recognises Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese and Arabic as well as English — the words arrive in whichever language the feeling does. Typing is smoother. The screen no longer zooms when you tap the message box, the header sits clear of the top of your phone, and the composer stays above the keyboard instead of drifting. Patterns, Homework and Science check are now reachable on a phone, under More. My Twin has been retired. It overlapped too much with Support chat, and one thing done well beats two done halfway.
