New in 1.0.7 • Wind map — watch the wind flow across southern Africa on a live map, and tap anywhere for speed, direction and gusts. The Home card is free; the full map with the animated 3-day forecast is part of Premium. • Morning briefing — a short notification each morning with today's high and low, when rain is likely, UV and strong wind for where you are. Pick the time (or switch it off) in Settings. • Share today's weather — tap the share button on Home to send a neat weather card to WhatsApp, family groups or anywhere else. • Customise Home — drag cards into the order you like and hide the ones you don't use (Settings → Customise Home). • Altitude is easier to read, and shows "Finding GPS…" indoors until your location locks on.

New: Solar generation forecast Set up your panels once in Settings → Solar (panel count, watts, tilt, direction) and Home shows a daily kWh prediction tailored to your installation. Supports E/W pitched-roof splits, optional inverter capacity cap, and a tap-to-inspect production curve. Fixtures polish Past-day fixtures no longer linger; long-distance future fixtures hidden until they're closer; collapsible sport sections for browsing. Bug fixes Solar settings now opens correctly from the main Settings page.

Major safety update. Live lightning push alerts from ESA satellites — be warned the moment strikes are detected nearby. Alerts now follow your GPS, even when the app is closed. Tap any alert push to jump straight to the strike or warning details. Activity scores: Pool, Hike, Fishing, Garden, Braai — see which is best today. Plus performance and polish across home, map, and settings.
