Workers can view their day, start and complete visits, log notes, complete care tasks, record medications, dictate voice notes, use the welfare timer, and raise alerts when they need support.
Admins can oversee visits in real time, respond to alerts, manage workers and clients, schedule visits, review QR audit activity, manage rotas and timesheets, record incidents and training, manage client documents, grant family portal access, post announcements, and maintain full operational visibility across the organisation.
SaferVisit is designed for operational use by organisations. Alert response is managed by the organisation using the platform. SaferVisit does not contact emergency services.
