MeetingVault is an AI note taker that records your meetings without sending a bot into the call. Tap record and get clear meeting minutes: the summary, the decisions, who owns each action item, and what is still open.
No bot joins, so there is nothing to explain to a client and no invite to approve. MeetingVault records with your device's microphone, in the room or beside the laptop running the call, so it works with every meeting app. Weeks later, ask a past meeting a question and get an answer that points to the exact moment in the transcript.

YOUR DATA
Recording happens on your device. To transcribe, the audio is sent to our AI provider and stored encrypted. Recordings are deleted after 30 days, or right after transcription if you choose, and your minutes stay. We ask every AI provider not to keep or train on your meeting content. Your meetings belong to your account alone, and you can delete any of them at any time. Ask people before you record them, as the law where you are may require.

Free to start, no card required: 300 recording minutes and 20 summaries a month. Standard and Pro raise the monthly limits.
Standard and Pro are auto-renewing subscriptions billed to your store account. Your plan renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your account settings.
