Mängelprotokoll Pro takes you from the property and checklist to an original finding and a PDF report. For interior work, windows and doors, kitchen installations, PV systems and property inspections. Your working records stay on your device.
ONE DEFECT, A TRACEABLE HISTORY
• Record the original finding with a description, severity, assignee, your own due date and photos.
• Add follow-up inspections with a date, explicitly selected status, comment and new photos.
• The original finding and photos are retained. A defect becomes Done only when you choose that status; a later reopening also remains visible.
• PDF reports include the original finding and every follow-up. Photos are shown in full and long text continues across pages.
A PRACTICAL ON-SITE FLOW
1. Choose the property and template.
2. Adjust rooms, areas or trades and mark checklist items OK, defect or N/A.
3. Record defects and photos, then add follow-up inspections.
4. Capture inspector and customer signatures and intentionally share the PDF.
Content changes require fresh signatures for the updated report. Earlier signatures and previously generated PDFs remain available. Project copies retain findings, follow-ups and copied photos without treating old signatures as a new confirmation.

BUY ONCE, WORK LOCALLY
Paid download, no subscription, no in-app purchases and no app account. Projects, photos, signatures and PDF creation work offline after installation. Sharing uses the app you choose. There is no dedicated cloud sync, shared team record or complete backup/restore feature. Technical error diagnostics are explained in the central privacy policy.
