This update makes Laabam One easier to read and adds new tools for driving schools and their instructors. Easier to read • If your phone uses a larger text size, text now grows to a readable limit, and My Schedule, lesson details and the sign-in screen rearrange to fit. Academy • Open the courses assigned to you, watch video lessons, take the final exam and download your certificates. Bookings and payments • Lessons booked together share one invoice, or one each if you prefer. • Record Payment asks who collected the money, and a package lesson's payment can be marked as the instructor's. • Payment reminders now go out for lessons the office books. Also • Attendance keeps the punches you edit, and a purchase bill keeps its "For Sale Bill" link. • Latest fixes for sign-in, camera, location, file picking and sharing.

Seeing where you signed in Settings › Activity Logs used to list only the times you signed in on the website. It now includes your phone, and shows where each sign-in happened, so an entry you don't recognise is easy to spot. The app asks for your location once, after you've signed in — never on the sign-in screen itself, and you can refuse. If you do, your sign-ins are still listed, just without a place. Location is only ever read while the app is open. Adding items to a document • Product pickers can be narrowed by brand, category and sub-category. • Product rows now show the brand and the category, so two items with similar names are easy to tell apart. • The unit you choose on a line is kept. Debit notes and purchase bills were recording "PCS" no matter what you picked. Invoices • An invoice now states when reverse charge applies, so it's clear the tax is the buyer's to pay. • Summary cards at the top of the invoice list scroll sideways instead of squeezing together and cutting off their labels. • The customer picker shows the sales beat a customer belongs to, where your company uses them.

Bookings • The list now opens on today, then what's coming, then what's been — grouped as Today, Coming up and Earlier, so nothing is hidden and the day's work is the first thing you see. • Free times now account for the instructor's own connected Google or Apple calendar. A time the app offers is a time that will save. • When no times are free, the form says whether it's your bookings or the instructor's own calendar — and lists the blocked times, so you can tell a full diary from a blocked day. • A block of lessons that can't be booked now names which lesson, and when it is. • New Booking offers only the test centres the chosen instructor actually covers. • Reschedule can be completed, and offers the free times rather than a blank wheel. • "Find someone else free" takes a search window you choose, moves the time and re-prices. • Booking details now shows the taxable amount and GST, the notification history, and what has been collected. • My Schedule: a lesson with no pickup point shows the student's address instead of a dash, and says whose it is. Tap for directions. Instructors and payouts • Lesson rows on a payout show the student and their number, the service, and the start and end time. Tap the number to call. • Record Payment asks who collected the money, and Mark Paid asks how it was paid. Invoicing and accounting • The HSN/SAC field is a proper searchable dropdown. • An expense category's parent account can be chosen again. • Editing a note on a paid invoice no longer asks for the owner password. • Transfers offer every account, not only banks. • Tax labels are named for your company's country. • A student's statement can be opened straight from the student. Payroll and expenses • Payslips can be downloaded, and say what actually arrived. • Mileage: the keyboard no longer covers the notes, the customer list is searchable, and Draft means the same thing everywhere. • Timesheets no longer claim you have no profile while showing your own hours. Students, vendors and contacts • Filters for Also Vendor and Has GSTIN/ABN/TIN, named for your country. • Alternate phone numbers, and a profile photo can be removed again. • Phone numbers are shown and dialled with their country code. • Malaysian companies get TIN, BRN and SST in one place. Marketing • The dashboard takes a date window, shows its alerts, and its figures say what they mean. Read Rate is now measured against what was delivered. Plus a long list of smaller fixes and speed improvements throughout.

This update focuses on privacy, accuracy and control. PRIVACY • AI features now ask your permission first. Before anything is sent, you see exactly what data leaves your device and who receives it. • New Settings → AI features & data — a standing record of every AI feature, what it sends, and a switch to withdraw permission at any time. ACCURACY • Amounts display in your company's currency everywhere — no more wrong symbols or number formats for international companies. • Picking a product already on a document raises its quantity instead of adding a duplicate line. • New documents pre-fill your company's default Notes and Terms. • Purchase documents now price from the purchase price, and units are no longer forced to "pcs". CONTROL • Configure — hide the menus and modules your company doesn't use; they disappear from the app too. • Delivery Orders opens your delivery orders. • My Tasks: sortable list, per-row age, due-date filtering. • Layout fixes so dropdowns and buttons stay clear of the keyboard and gesture bar.

Tasks & Projects: My Tasks is faster and no longer shows duplicate entries. Every task now displays its reference number (e.g. PRJ-42), project boards default to your own assigned work, and you can filter tasks by date. Completed tasks can be reopened without creating a new one. Apply for Leave: the reason you type now stays visible while you enter it. Attachments: image attachments open in a full-screen preview inside the app instead of downloading. WhatsApp marketing: templates and campaigns now support video headers. Sign in with Google is now more reliable. Performance & stability improvements throughout.

• My Tasks now shows everything assigned to you — project tasks and work items — across all your projects. Tap any card to open it. • Task and Work Item details now include an Activity timeline: who created it and every status change, with names and dates. • Add subtasks that stay linked to their parent task. • Task and Work Items lists show open, actionable items first, with filters to view all.
