- Orders: cards by room showing table, reservation name, time, status in words, first courses, guests, and total; Mine / All / Arrivals. - Floor plan: tap a free table to open an order, a reserved table to open the reservation details, an occupied table to open the order; long press for Move, Merge, Hand Over, Bill. - Single-screen order: guests with total, items under price, quantities, notes, options; bottom menu with search by word or code. - Opening a table when the till already has the order on it shows the till lines right away. - Menus with many groups stay in their panel and scroll. - HaiLa colors everywhere: blue for reserved, red for "someone waiting". - The menu shows the till's tree: KITCHEN and BAR with their groups, then the group, then the dishes; the back arrow goes up one level, the house icon back to the start. - The amount on the table card and on the bill is the till's amount whenever the till holds the order open.

- More room on screen: each page's header is smaller, so the first tables and reservations appear higher up. - Floor: the list/plan toggle, Mine / All and the floors sit on one row. - Arrivals: search and days sit on one row; a reservation with a table is seated in one tap, at its table or another one. - The waiter's order is placed on a single screen. - Reservation details show the guest's history: completed visits, late cancellations and no-shows.

Waiter, new design at every venue: • The new waiter design now runs at every venue, Syrve tills included. • Rounds reach the till faster, and a PIN the till refuses is named as such.

Waiter on the HaiLa till, easier to use: • The floor plan opens readable even in a large room, on your tables and the free ones next to them. • A new PIN page: the dots show the till's PIN length and you are in right after the last digit. • A manager picks from the phone who serves a table; a waiter can take a table or give it back. • A colleague's order stays theirs, on the floor and in the Kitchen. • Wording and layout fixes in Romanian and Russian.

For restaurants on the HaiLa till, the phone becomes a waiter's handheld: • It pairs with the till by QR code, and each waiter signs in with their till PIN. • Your section's tables, orders and the Kitchen on the phone. "Take table" adds a table to your section, "Give back table" frees it. • When a table has two bills, the Kitchen shows both. • If the internet drops, the phone keeps working with the till over the restaurant's Wi-Fi. If the till doesn't answer, the order stays on the phone until you send it.
