BBI Retail
Retail Merchandising for BBI
Free
BBI RetailMerch is the field operations app for BBI merchandisers. Search stores, plan visits, complete objectives, and capture photos — all from your iPad or iPhone.
STORE VISITS
Search over 10,000 retail locations by name, store number, or proximity. Schedule visits, navigate to stores with one tap, and manage your daily route from an interactive map.
MERCHANDISING OBJECTIVES
View assigned objectives for each store visit — shelf price checks, photo documentation, and seasonal promotions. Track progress and mark objectives complete as you work.
SHELF PRICE CHECKS
Select RM items linked to your objectives, enter the current shelf price, and submit. See expected MSRP, manufacturer, retailer, and aisle location at a glance.
PHOTO CAPTURE
Photograph store displays and shelves directly from the app. Photos upload to your company's SharePoint library, organized by store, objective, and date.
FIELD RIDES
Administrators can log field ride training activities with team members, track ride status, and record notes — all tied to specific store locations.
OFFLINE SUPPORT
Working in a store with poor signal? Operations queue automatically and sync when connectivity returns. Never lose work in the field.
ENTERPRISE SECURITY
Authenticates through Microsoft Entra ID with your existing BBI corporate account. All data is stored securely in your organization's Microsoft 365 environment. No consumer accounts or third-party data sharing.
Built for iPad. Works on iPhone.
