Personalized novels starring you, illustrated with your face. 5 chapters free. Your POV. Your Novel. Povella writes full-length, personalized novels where you are the main character. Not a short story. Not a fill-in-the-blank template. A real novel — with character arcs, rising tension, plot twists, and an ending that belongs to you. HOW IT WORKS 1. Tell us about yourself — your name, personality, career, the things you want. It takes two minutes. 2. Pick your story. We generate original premises built from your life, across romance, thriller, sci-fi, fantasy, mystery and more. 3. Read your novel, chapter by chapter — 4,000–6,000 words each, written the way published fiction is written: story bible first, then arcs, then prose. SEE YOURSELF IN IT Add a selfie and every chapter illustration features a protagonist who looks like you. Pinch to zoom. Save any illustration to your photos. YOU CONTROL THE STORY Choose your length, from a short story to a full 21-chapter novel. Set the tone, the pacing, and whether it's told in first or third person. Then keep going — generate the next chapter whenever you're ready. NO SUBSCRIPTION Start with 5 free chapters. After that you buy credits and spend them only when you generate something. Nothing recurring, nothing to cancel, no charge for simply having the app. BUILT FOR READING A proper reader with dark mode, bookmarks and progress tracking. Publish a finished novel to the community library, or borrow what other writers have made. Your POV. Your Novel. Povella.

I downloaded this on and ended up reading for two hours straight. The app asked some questions then wrote a real story with me having a real adventure. The character kinda acted like me some. Pretty fun. Something to read on the plane.
