I started using it and thought it was accurate. I experimented on known plants and it get the ID wrong 75% of time. I want my money back

If you’re willing, please contact us through the app with a few examples so our team can investigate. For refund requests, purchases made through the App Store are handled directly by Apple through their refund process.

Identical app to another that does the same thing, including misrepresentation. Not completely free as stated. I’m so tired of businesses doing this to lure in customers.

What is free…. isn’t . I don’t like seeing “free” only to see “fees” and asking for personal info. Why not be right up front?
